Garden Oaks Shopping Center — Local services in Houston

I needed to go to the restroom. These people didn't want me to use it saying they don't have a public restroom, but the restroom is right in the waiting room area for anyone to access. This is a public place that serves people. It's a dentist office. How can you NOT have a public restroom for people you're serving? If I was getting my teeth worked on I can't use the restroom there, but have to go down to the stores along the way? Bad. And the girl was rude with an attitude. I'd give this review 0 stars but in order to post you have to give something. I considered this dentist office to bring my child to, after this rude and bad behavior of the people who work here, NEVER. What Would you do if your child or yourself need to use the restroom and they won't allow you to use it,but had to go to another store further down? Who does that? Nothing said they don't have a public restroom posted then again you have a restroom in the lobby...

Specifically for Dr. Foye and her staff. Receptionists are flat and forgetful. I had deadlines for bloodwork for surgery, they kept forgetting to follow-up. The last straw was I need a prescription called into my pharmacy on a Thursday, so that I can retest the following Friday, THEY NEVER CALLED IN THE PRESCRIPTION!!! Because of this, my surgery in which I was obtaining all of this for was CANCELLED!!! This was 3 weeks ago, and today, STILL NO CALL TO THE PHARMACY!!! I wanted nothing more than to support this BOB, but this is unacceptable for any doctor, no matter their race...

I can't drive peacefully in the parking lot of the Garden oaks shopping center unless I am honked at by a rude driver because I'm driving cautiously because that is a parking lot and not a freeway. And when I go into the dollar tree store to shop, the cashier is saying something derogatory under her breath when she's checking my things out. So I won't be going to shop at the Garden oaks shopping center no time soon. All is out there at the Garden oaks shopping center are rude drivers as well as rude, disrespectful people who work in the stores in the Garden oaks...
