Nails Technician — Local services in Houston

This was a great experience as it relates to what I desired to get and the cost I preferred to pay for it. It was suggested I go to this nail salon because I could get what I wanted, without feeling like I was paying my electric bill. My nails are an expression of me and an accessory. I love getting my nails decorated and I wear them long and shaped a certain way. The cost of what I desired was very economical. As for the nail technician, Alex, she was amazing. She did exactly what I wanted. The 1st picture is what I wanted. The 2nd picture is what I got. There is a variation in the pink base color because I chose a different shade. This is the 1st time in many years I needed to wait for a nail tech because I could not make an appointment. No appointment is needed. This salon is very old school. Walk- in, sign your name, then sit down and wait. Alex was referred for me, so I did write her name down (Alex). I waited about 2 hours. Alex didn't get there at noon, which I was told she would probably be there by that time, and there was another customer ahead of me waiting for Alex as well. My beautiful new full set was worth the wait and the drive times (about 40 minutes). I paid in s little extra time to get what I wanted for a reasonable cost. I will be going back........

I went here one day hoping to get my nails done because they are close to my home. They were pretty packed on that particular day other people were waiting however a young lady did allow me to take her spot because she was waiting on a nail tech so she allowed me to take her spot and she went to another nail tech well it was kind of late at night after I had waited about 40 minutes or longer they were closing and nobody act like they wanted to do my nails so I just left and I went somewhere else near my job EVAN NAILS but I think they were just talkin too much amongst themselves instead of doing peoples nails they were talking and some of them were ready to go home and they were tired and I do understand that so maybe they should close up their shop a little bit earlier so they can go home instead of making people wait and then they don't want to do the service I wanted to get about three services that day so that would have been a lot of money spent to that they missed out on I think they need to work on customer service and skill set Its rude they talk to much and should be helping clients The lady did do a nice job on the nails I watched her do. But however the other things turned me off. What I ever go back and give them another try I'm not...

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional nail shop. I tell the lady I have dip powder on my nails and I need them to be soaked off. She insists on using a fake nail to take the top coat off. She rips my real nail off and then she realizes that I told her it was dip powder. I sit there for 2 hours soaking my nails. The shop was full of employees but they did not help out customers once they were finished with there original customers. They took there time when goin to the next customer and was very inconsiderate of others people time. I had to get frustrated before anybody paid any attention to me.
