Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

Stopped by Jack In The Box this morning the doors were locked at 7:30. The doors were locked. They would only unlock the side door. We were standing at the front door. Order breakfast they served cold hash browns. I requested hot hash browns the lady in charge touched the hash browns that were on the rack with her fingers no gloves. She asked the fry cook to drop more hash browns the lady got an attitude. Her comment was those should still be hot. Another employee that was just let in commented and said we just opened up they shouldn't be cold. So I I told the lady in charge that she could just give me my money back and she would not have to drop more hash browns. She said no it wasn't a problem we can handle it. I told her I'm not trying to mess up anybody's day and I didn't need the attitude that I was given because obviously the hash browns had been sitting there for quite some time. The parking lot was nasty trash everywhere. And my question is if you are a 24-hour Jack in the Box daily which is posted on the front door. How is it that you just opened up at 7:30? And while waiting for my food the fry cook had a bag of french fries that her gloved hand was in, walked from the back to the front door with her hand in the bag unlock the front door for an employee. She struggled to open the same front they didn't open for me & another customer with the other gloved hand. Then proceeded to walk back to the fryer with her hand in the bag of fries and proceeded to put fries in the basket. She never removed or replaced the gloves she had on her hands. I will never visit this location again. They don't deserve...

I had a terrible experience here I was out working and hungry and ordered me a meal with extra food for my kids they gave me cold fries and the wrong burger for the 12$ combo at that the line wait was very long I asked the guy for the correct burger the cook took 8 more mns to make another burger so my fries was cold I asked them ahead of time since my combo was incorrect can it be all made over again cause normal people eat burgers & fries together so they was supposed re make the entire order of being professional and on the sanitation side soooo, they replace the burger told me I couldn’t get fresh fries after waiting 8 mns more cause they gave me the wrong burger let along the fries was cold when I got em I asked for the manager the boy said the manager wasn’t there that night if you got the combo wrong u was supposed to throw whatever I gave back in the trash and re make the meal that’s according to the tx food handlers certificate the svs was ghetto and unpleasant line was long and order was wrong we all make mistakes but it’s how we all make up for the mistakes we make with our...

I only ordered 8 tacos. Are you telling me it takes 22 minutes to make 8 tacos? I was told to pull over to the side where was only one car ahead me waiting. My thought was “okay, cool this won’t take long” needless to say my thought was wrong. By the time I decided to pull back up to the window there were six cars parked on side of me. I ask about my food and it took less than two minutes to drop it in a bag and hand it to me. The customer service here is horrible. Most decent restaurants will tell you if you were going to have to wait for a while. There was not anything fast about this rude at all. Just rude and nasty from start to finish.
