Villas On The Green Apartments — Local services in Houston

I have lived here for quite a while, these apartments are definitely not the best apartments in the world. You get what you pay for, and sometimes you pay to much for what you get, it's located on the poor side of town (so take your own risks). There are mice electrical shortages and now we have to pay for water... I've taken measures to use less water but am now being charged more money every time I look around. There are no water meters for your specific unit so you'll be stuck paying for everyone else's water or sewer if you've got more people on your lease they just assume that you use more... not checking to see if other leasers are letting people stay with them that are not on the lease.... leaving me holding the bag. I do not like that at all, when letting bath water in the water only stays hot about 8 minutes then you only have cold water very irritating... and no I haven't reported much as I sleep during the day and work at night, most of my time awake is taken because I have bigger fish to fry. When I go visit my grandmother the same furniture is outside near the dumpster for over a month, the same UHaul that’s been taking up 2 parking spots been there for about 3 months. There is no nearby parking at her building. She got home a little after 10 and there was no parking. She had to park literally 6 buildings down and walk in the late night by herself with poor lightening. All the live in guests hogs the parking spaces.
