Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Houston

I went in today and was so excited because finally a Ross that I thought was really great. Wrong!! I am an unusual shape, large on top small on bottom. So when I shop I almost always get a medium and a large. And I shop until it makes my worth to go try clothes on. At first I had an amazing woman helping me with the clothes going in and out of the dressing room. She was watching the amount of clothes that I was taking in and giving me the correct amount of clothes to take back in. I would take 5 out and get 5 from my basket. THEN THE MANAGER SHOWED UP!! She started chewing out the sweet employee that was helping me. Then she got in my face and telling me that the employee was doing it all wrong.. Let me tell you, I had on a tight pair of leggings and a tight undershirt, Nothing else..She watched me getting embarrassed and I finally walked off very upset. I walked out the store and was walking to TJMax when I thought, really I have spent 2 hours looking through everything thing in the store more than twice, and found some shirts I like. So I turned back around and went back inside to the dressing room and got the shirts that I liked..She didn’t even acknowledge that I was there.. Very, very upsetting!! And to think that TJMax is right beside it!!! A horrible way to treat a customer! I think at one point she wanted to pat me down for stealing.. shopped there on Friday and store is nicely kept and clean. ok prices. but some items not properly priced so when you reach register another price comes up and if you encounter the cashier that attended me , well you are screwed. she will not look up price or ask if that is correct, she just tosses the clothes aside and tells you whatever price she thinks it is and is very very rude to you. she treats people like she is above you and that you just need to leave the store. I had $169 worth of clothes and after she was done being rude and toss clothes in the return pile i ended up leaving g with $32 worth if clothes all because she did not want to go check the price or by her assumptions ut was too expensive for me. so i politely reminded her she has a job due to us shoppers and to step back and look at the big picture ..SHE WAS THE ONE BEHIND THE COUNTER TAKING MY MONEY ,so who couldn't afford what???? and said HAVE A GREAT DAY ! 😁 the nerve of some people... so sad people judge others based on the color of skin or race.. Im not sure why the lady at the dressing room did this to me but it qas very offensive. If this is the practice of Ross they should be ashamed. The story: I went to try on some jeans (5 pair)and as usual they need to count how many clothes was going in the dressing room. Instead of just counting them she patted down and spuezzed every jean to make sure that I didn't have anything in the pockets.(ummmm ok) When exiting the dressing I gave her the 4 jeans and had the one I was purchasing on my shoulder. I told her that I was buying the one on my shoulder. She told me that she needed that one to so she can count it also. So she proceeded to do the same thing again when I entered the dressing room.
