I can always find cute things here. Especially when I am in the process of decorating or staging a home apartment or commercial property. I especially love their toss pillows their vase's, picture frames and art work. I sometimes find really great Furniture accessories as well like ottomans footstools foyer and hallway tables. But my main pet peeve is that the store is always a mess. And sometimes you have to stand back and take a look and decide where you going to look for what you are looking for. I believe that people follow what they see if they see that a store is unkept they are going to just add to the chaos if things are out of place and there's no organization they just toss it back like they see it. We're not going to even talk about the lingerie department it is always just thrown on the racks no size coordination everything is out of place totally a hot mess. Clothes are always on the floor children always tearing up the place luggage broken, and we're not even going to talk about the accessories area it looks like a freaking thrift store. I really believe that Ross needs to come up with a better organizational plan for all of their stores. after all they are running commercials that make you think you can just walk right in and put your hand on the garments they are advertising. But when you get there trust me that rack for those dresses advertised is a needle in a haystack. ROSS CALL ME WHEN YOU'RE READY FOR A NEW MILLENNIALS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been in many Ross Stores before. This time I bought a grooming kid. I took home to try as any electronic device and make sure it works. When turned on, it works, but when put on the hair for it to do the work of cutting it, it didn't work. I can back right at the next day and talk to the āmanager,ā Dreka. She barely talked to me even without looking at me. She told me that these kind of products they donāt take back after being tryied. She told me that is I put on my hair, they donāt take it back to resell it. Of course. Of course they shouldnāt resell a product that doesnāt work at all. I told her that I donāt which they sell this to any other client either. IT DOES NOT WORK. She told me āwhateverā and walked out. When I talked to someone else (in he cashier) she started laughing on me in the front of everyone else right then. It is a shame how some one can be disrespectful to the clients because she is a manager thinking that none is watching her.
I will still fight for this unfair thing that happened to me. No only because the money, but also because we deserve better atention, I would definitely recommend that Ross put Dreka in a costumer training.

No motorized carts, no expedited check out to help alleviate prolonged standing. And...no assistance with your purchases to your car (the baskets can't be taken out)! Customers needing assistance are told to leave their purchases inside (security supposedly watches it...upon return didn't.see him, and bring your car.to the front. Even after doing so...no assistance to even hand your nags to you, or hold the door for you nothing! This is an extremely poor example of customer.service. Also poor handling of a.customer doing an exchange, after purchasing a shirt approximately 30 minutes before, and had left the receipt in the store. Customer.want.to exchange the shirt and was aggravated. Manager at the store #0456 in zip code 77063 (street address not on the receipt), was very in professional, especially when she used profanity while arguing with the customer. She did apologise to the other customers for the disturbance. Security was no help except he did find the receipt in the store. Totally could have been handled better. This was to much for me.to carry at once. Maybe we all.should shop...
