There are places where one does and does not order certain items from the menu and this place is no exception. Let's start with the do order item and end with the do NOT order item. Do order there Vietnamese egg rolls; they are a 5/5 and the best I've had at a Vietnamese restaurant. The Pho Tai is average, I've had better and worse however it's good enough that I'd say order it if you must have beef Pho. The Tai tea is terrible however and I have never had somthing with the Tai tea name that tasted worse. I told my waiter that it tasted like how flea spray smells but he just said it's they way they've been doing it for a long time and he still charged me for the drink. I had drank about 25% of it hoping it was just clashing with somthing I had ate and really wasn't as bad as I thought it was. After the 3rd sip and still tasting flea spray I couldn't drink any more. So with the food averaging out for me and the service not being that good I probably will not be back which is a shame because the egg rolls were really good. Better luck to you if you're going to try out Vietnam...

OMG!!!!! So yummy!!!!! Grandma's curry with chicken is incredible, and the Vietnamese egg rolls were AMAZING. I don't think you can go wrong here? Been here a few times and it's already my favorite spot in Houston in terms of just overall deliciousness. Just go. Go now, and thank me later.

Edit: I've now been 6 times and really feel they served the most exceptional, incredible, delicious, GOURMET FEAST every single time. I love the Vietnam coast tofu, and the thick rice noodle with Chinese broccoli. Both are spicy but not TOO spicy - just the right amount of heat. Grandma's curry with rice OR the French bread (with their lettuce and cucumber for an exquisite sandwich experience) remains one of the best things I've ever had in my entire life. And I'm obsessed with their Vietnamese egg rolls. This is my favorite restaurant in Houston, hands down! There's a few Italian and Mexican restaurants I also love, but I just don't think anything quite compares to this. On top of this being the most delicious food,...

Honest review READ READ. I do not recommend this place due to their high prices and charging extra without telling customers & no receipts of charges. They take advantage of people who don't ask for one. The price for the portions they serve is not worth it !!!!! See photos I got charge extra for siracha and they never told me. $12 for rice but look at the small portion on the plates size !!!!!. The portions don't even get you full. The soup broth is not even full!!!! and they only put like 2 wontons & charge extra to put more. They don't even give you a receipt of charges just for credit card charge I had to ask for one because I thought it was too high!!!! The food is average taste but definely not worth the high price.

I think is the owner some Hispanic guy he's rude, he's always staring hard which creeps me out and doesn't do nothing just looking around not caring...

I have a dairy allergy which makes trying out new places rather difficult, especially during a pandemic. I found this restaurant on DoorDash and saw some promising items. When I called the restaurant for clarification concerning my allergy, the lady who answered was cordial and knowledgeable. She deftly listed suitable items; I was so happy about the abundance of options. My food was packaged efficiently to facilitate neat unpacking. The bag also included lettuce, cilantro, and sliced cucumber as side items as well as a spoon, fork, napkins, and a fortune cookie. Everything that I requested was present as well as everything that I would need but didn't know or remember to ask. That's awesome customer service! Everything was yummy! Thank you again! 👍

Very good Vietnamese food. Small family run restaurant. The best chicken wings in the world, crusted with garlic butter. I've tried almost everything on the menu over the 25+ years I have been going there. My favorite dish is the Tempura Shrimp. Large tiger shrimp lightly breaded with a French garlic butter sauce. I also like the Cornish game hen with sticky rice. Exceptional spring rolls and Vietnamese egg rolls. They deliver in a 3 mile radius every day but Sunday. Open late so a great place to go after the game or show or movie. On the negative side the place is too warm, they need to turn down the AC. And they serve warm cans of pop with a glass of ice, and warm tea with a glass of ice. Get another refrigerator and keep the pop cold!!
