Southern Floral Co — Local services in Houston

I really have tried multiple times to give this supplier a shot, but they literally make mistakes every time because they prioritize other accounts they have had for longer.

Today is Wednesday, and I called on Monday to put Oasis letters on hold that spelled the word DAD for a funeral piece. I came today, and the supply manager and a random rep let me know they sold the letters the day before to a different customer. A simple call to double-check with me regarding the order would have suffice, but unfortunately, that never happened. Now, I am stuck having to make the letters from scratch, adding time to an already time-consuming piece.

These suppliers don't understand that as flower shops, if we were to spend $600 weekly with them, that would generate $31200 worth of revenue. Essentially, someone's $15 full-time job. Southern will unfortunately never get $1 of my business based on this interaction and I hope that others see the challenges and take their business elsewhere.

I love this company! Susan is amazing and I enjoy every time I get to speak with her! We’ve had our contact change a few times since Forest retired; and now we have Cassie as our sales rep! She is AMAZING! She sends me the catalogs through text messages and keeps me in the loop for all the sales and new products they have available. It makes it super easy to order too! She’s always positive and friendly every time I call her! And if I need anything short notice she goes out of her way to help me with it! I love that they hire such amazing people!
