I ordered a chino link bracelet on the tamayos website fully customized to my liking. The craftsmanship on the bracelet is 10/10 absolutely beautiful. My only complaint about the bracelet itself is that i ordered an 8ā one thinking that it was the length of the id plate and links but it was only the length of the links themselves so in reality i got a 10.25ā long. Which no where on the website it states or shows how itās measured. I had to take it to a jeweler to get about 5 whole links cut off which is a lot of lost weight/gold that could have been added to the id plate or thicker links. It took about 3 months for me to receive it. The customer service was absolutely terrible . I reached out by call, messages and emails and never heard anything back so I just had to trust the process and hope for the best. They told me it would be ready on the 25th and it was not ready I drove 5 hours to Houston to pick up and it wasnāt ready. They told me to wait till Monday and I offered to drive all the way to McAllen to pick my merchandise and it still was not ready. I specifically told them I needed it for a quinceaƱera and they said they would have it ready for me. Why take on a project or say you can do something when you can not fulfill and order.If they couldnāt handle the order in a timely manner all they had to do was say they couldnāt and I would have gone else where. You tell them exactly what you want and they write it in their jewelry lingo and when it arrives and itās wrong they charge you for fixing it.
If you come here pay for stuff upfront cuz the love to up charge. It took a year to get something half way right and double the price because it doesnāt matter what the cost of the gold was when you bought it⦠it changes everyday and as long as it is going up, so does your bill.
After a long a dreadful year itās still not what I wanted but at least itās decent. And frankly they donāt do refunds so, I had no choice but to continue with them. But NEVER againā¦ā¦Oh and managers change so if they tell you something donāt expect them to honor it. And donāt ever ask for a text with your balance cuz they wonāt honor that either, they come up with an excuse that they didnāt adjust the weight or some other lame excuse.
