USA #1 Nails — Local services in Houston

Unfortunately today, I had a very traumatizing experience at this nail shop located in the ghetto . I normally only go to Grandlux Nail Salon located on Dunvale & Westheimer who caters to all races and gives more of a luxurious experience. Well when I visited this salon the male nail technician was extremely rude! He was handling me very harshly , pushing my hands in a rough manner, he had a very bad attitude in fact he was extremely rude to me. I was in total disbelief !!! While trying to instruct him on how I would like my nails and to cut them shorter he had a an attitude, he even hollered at me towards the end because I removed my hand too soon from the gel machine 6 secs too soon . He cut my hands literally all of my fingers! I remember saying ouch a few times and he kept on! I don’t remember the last time getting cut like this at a nail salon , maybe when I was teenager and first started getting my nails done and didn’t know any better (as far as quality goes)…When filing my nails he cuts my fingers as well! I was charged $50 for a shellac acrylic refill . I do feel like I was overcharged A) the location of the salon (in the ghetto) B) the quality of work C) the customer service I received. I’m currently having to re file my nails as I’m typing this review because I literally left out of this nail salon with uneven scratchy sharp nails . I will not be returning here at all ! & guess what I still left him a tip ( gotta kill them...

BEWARE ONE OF THE WORST NAIL TECHS EVER!!!!! Worst service ever ok so I made an appt with CHRISTINA I heard that she was a good nail tech one of my friends referred me to her the very 1st appt that she made she was late I'm talking like 30 mints late than had the audacity to get made with me that she made an appt that she was late to she was putting all sorts of negative things on her fb page I just deleted her so I wouldn't get out of character. She did my nails once guys, so a couple weeks ago she was suppose to be doing my nails again she played like she was sick and had her make believe sister inbox me saying that she was sick and wouldnt be able to do my nails I understood and went to another nail shop

Friday 3/17/17 she set up StyleSeat that's where you go so your clients can make appts I really wasn't familiar with it so I told her that I wanted to come Friday 3/24 appt that she acknowledge to come the day of my appt I sent her a confirmation my appt she sent me a message via fb saying that she's sick again I'm like girl bye I'm done she is not professional and very unpredictable I'm never going back there and she has lost my business forever! I came here 2 years ago and they did an amazing job but the atmosphere was just not great for me to come back. I was near by and decided to get them done hoping it was better but it was the same as last time and on top of that they are not honest with their prices. They display $40 and I got charged $50 for short nails and I asked the lady why and her response was “you got coffin” okay??? It shows you charge only for long nails not shape. I was very disappointed. Another lady was there getting her nails done and she kept on asking the nail technician how much he was going to charge her but he kept on beating around the bush. I believe they have no business and are trying to rip off the little customers they have left. Not cool. Maybe if they followed what on what they had marketing maybe they would have more customers but no, very dishonest...
