Terrific & friendly service. Very good & seemingly ALWAYS fresh donuts. I tried going to another donut shop after we had been to this Southern Maid a couple of times, & my family darned near started a revolution! It is a smaller shop, with actual seating for customers...reminds me of older style donut places where the focus was on customer service & good quality rather than just having the...

I stopped by this morning to pick up some kolaches and donuts. The place was clean and the lady working at the counter was delightful. My coworkers loved the Kolaches and many said they were much larger and better than the ones served at Shipley. The donuts were also fresh and tasty. I will definitely be stopping by...

“The owner of this place is disrespectful and has absolutely no sense of customer service. The employee provides much better service than the owner, who clearly needs to take a customer service training course. I have zero tolerance for being mistreated in a business, especially when I am being polite. Very disappointing...
