I wish I had a better time here, but these apartments are terrible. Sure, my unit was freshly painted before I moved in, but they also painted over ALL THE DOORS, DOORFRAMES, CABINETS, HINGES, OUTLETS, AND EVEN THE ENTIRE BATHROOM! My bathtub was painted over, and was literally peeling paint off by LAYERS everytime I showered. The AC never got below 75, making it just awfully unbearable through the summertime. Imagine it being 98 in your apartment when you come home at night, and having to turn on the AC, just for it to not even cool down past 75. It got so hot over one weekend that my closet door paint MELTED AND FUSED WITH THE DOORFRAME. I had to cut my door out of its paint-prison, and when I put in a maintenance request to fix it, the maintenance worker just caulked over where I had to cut the door out. The laundry facility is a scam. Only the expensive machines SOMETIMES work, and once my clothes got locked in a washer, another maintenance man who came to fix it, Rigo, literally told me to go across the street to do my laundry because it was supposedly better over there. The neighborhood was always loud and noisy, day or night. Kids screaming outside and unsupervised past 11 at night. People climbing over the LOCKED GATES and using the pool in the middle of the night. Random men just SCREAMING AND SHOUTING in the neighborhood at 3am. My first week, I woke up to a man screaming at my neighbors door, threatening to hunt her down, kill her, and her family. What a welcoming environment. The only time there was silence was whenever a patrol car was randomly parked at the entrance. I could tolerate the noise, the bugs, the people, the AC issues and the paint-prison that was all my doors and hinges. But the worst part for me was management. They are TERRIBLE at assisting their tenants. Kimberly, to name, is by far the worst assastant manager I've ever dealt with. I almost didn't get approved in time to move into my apartment because she went on vacation the week I was expecting to move in. Thankfully, her manager at the time, Riquelma, was able to assist me and approve my application in time to move in, but after I moved in, I never saw Riquelma again. She was the only office worker who seemed to really care about her job. Kimberly on the other hand, barely works and is barely there it seems. She opens the office late. She closes it in the afternoons for over an hour for lunch. The hours listed say they close at 6pm, but she closes the office early on random days just to go home early. I've sent emails over and over again to the email on business card THAT SHE HANDS YOU HERSELF whenever you go into the office!! And she doesn't even read them!! When I sent her my notification that I wasn't renewing my lease, I sent it more than 3 months in advance to my move out date. The month of my moving out, the office claimed they had no record of my notice, and wanted to switch me to a month-to-month lease for 4k/mo because I "had no notice." And when I showed Kimberly the email receipts, dated and timed, she sighed and said she had "just forgotten to check on it." I almost got forced into a 4k/mo month-to-month because she FORGOT TO DO HER JOB? Even on the day I moved out and returned my keys, I asked the office hours to make sure I could move out in time, and she said she was closing early, so I'd need to move out faster to give her my key in time otherwise they'd charge me for another month. Unbelievable. She also never picks up the phone! I don't think anyone in that office does. I have logs in my call history, ALL WITHIN THE OFFICES LISTED OPEN OPERATING HOURS, the worst one being 14 calls back-to-back, with NO RESPONSES, OR CALLBACKS. Just 14 calls getting sent to voice machine over and over again. I walked into the office THAT SAME DAY and she was just sitting there at her desk, phone ringing, but not answering. It's just ridiculous. No matter how tolerable everything else could of been, the management of these apartments are the worst out of everything. It's terrible, don't give this place a shot....

Edit: somehow none of the articles come up when you Google this complex so I'll leave this here. I pay to live here but spend more time bumming at friends places since being outside means I could catch a stray, catch verbal abuse from the elderly, or get my car towed for no reason and held over my head until I threaten legal suit.

Don't believe any 5 star reviews you see, they give out gift cards to bribe residents to leave good reviews. Do not bring your family here. Perfect place to live if ur a meth smoking tweaker, you'll fit in great

EDIT AGAIN BUT TO ANY NEW TENANTS !!! WARNING !! I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR GOING ON 5 YRS AND EVERY SINGLE NEIGHBOR I HAVE HAD HAS HAD TO MOVE DUE TO THE CEILING CAVING IN. THEY DO NOT REPAIR ANY PIPES THEY ONLY PUT A NEW WALL UP AND REPAINT. DO NOT LIVE HERE DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING !!!!

Another edit: you will have black mold growing in your vents every single year even though when they do "treatment" and force you to find somewhere else to stay for over 24 hrs they can physically never actually complete the task. The first day we moved in there was wood glue seeping up the floors and 5 years later it's still coming up even though these are place and snap boards from like home Depot that don't even require wood glue. Everything in the entire unit is covered in paint. Even the bathtub itself, I am now seeing chunks of paint come off because these people don't understand what primer is. There is a cockroach painted over in the restroom, forever stuck to my wall. The door had a giant chunk of paint come off that they have just been painting over for years that is a complete eye sore. There have been several herds of squatters breaking into the unit across from me for months and they are incapable of handling it and endanger actual residents. It is borderline impossible to have your call picked up by the front office and in 5 years, they have NEVER replied to an email or message in their own residential portal-

Edit: it's been almost exactly a year and they nabbed my car again. Nobody in the office can pick up a phone. Last time I was told "no towing on weekdays" but that has changed and they will tow anyways. The towing company told me they patrol at 3am to 4am every night. Yo can sit in ur car for about an hour and they will leave you alone. Good luck!!

Been here for 4 years they will tow ur car even if u signed up for the permit. Can't pick up the phone but when you go in the office the staff are sitting right next to it,...

I lived in these apartments for 5 years always paid my rent. Then this year I fell on hard times so I was paying late. The management team cared nothing about me they just wanted money. When they Never fixed nothing I asked them to fix. I was living in that apartment for years with leaks in the ceiling, water overflowing from my restroom into my bedroom. Yes they have a bad plumbing issue and I had a pipe bust in my room it took them about a month to fix it and the finishing results no! Not professional at all. I still have the pictures of what they called fixed. I still had holes in my ceiling where bugs can just come in. I literally had to tape up the holes so bugs couldn't get in. The lock on my front door was broking they Never came to fix it. Grass is always high and when I first moved there they had a lady in there cleaning and she had her baby inside with her while she was cleaning. If you don't believe me just take a min and go look for yourself. Don't worry about a gate code to get in. Everybody is welcome there because the gate is always broken. That's why I had 3 cars in five years and every car I had got broken into so please if you are thinking about moving there please don't. It will be your biggest mistake in your life. The manager Roger and his team smh just worthless good for nothing and the area is already bad with all the shootings almost every night. Long story short now I'm homeless with 3 kids nowhere to go with bad credit and a eviction. Trust me they just want money and I was going to pay but late just wasn't good enough for them. They just rather have homeless people in those apartments squatting and doing drugs. That's my warning...
