Their website encourages you to join the waitlist, which requires you to go ahead and pay. I pay to join the waitlist for a workshop. I tell them I’m happy to show up on standby just in case someone doesn’t show up or is late. They tell me I can’t do that. Also, they don’t show the waitlist as “full” or “closed”, but I’m told I can’t be on standby for this workshop. The utter lack of accommodation was a bit shocking from a yoga studio especially after I’ve paid. Can’t tell you about the quality of their classes or workshops since I wasn’t allowed to attend nor was o invited to experience even an earlier class on the day of the workshop. As someone who works in fitness and studios and I attend workshops and classes regularly - I can comment on the customer service and it lacked any sense of welcoming, accommodating, or any attempt to rectify the situation. Spring Branch is the hottest rising neighborhood in Houston and it’s because of businesses like WeThrive yoga and people like Nick, Ryver, and Mandy (the exceptional teaching team at WeThrive.) Great classes and great community. Other unique features include an indoor / outdoor space that evokes jungle vibes (doors are wide open during class so you are both indoors and outdoors at the same time), a beautifully curated garden, and red lights in the studio that also generate heat during class. Studio is very accessible from all of Spring Branch and Memorial. It’s so close to I10 that even those living in Montrose , Galleria, and Heights will be pleasantly surprised to see the studio is a 15 minute drive. Great...
