Vital Kitchen — Local services in Houston

I've used MANY meal services over the last 10 years, and this is by far my favorite for several reasons. First, the meals always taste amazing. I am not interested in bland or boring meals. I like the variety of flavors and quality ingredients that are used. Second, I cannot eat gluten/wheat, eggs, almonds, walnuts or pecans, and it's REALLY hard to find meals that I can eat. I can always find something to eat from Vital Kitchen, and they are always willing to leave out an ingredient for me like almonds when necessary. Third, I LOVE that I can easily see all ingredients in the meals I'm choosing. This is super helpful for someone with food allergies and sensitivities. Lastly, the website is super easy to navigate. I absolutely adore this food company. I learned of them through a neighborhood page when I typed in meal prep. I started purchasing on July 27th and ate my dinners from Vital for over 8 weeks. We traveled and then changed it up a bit but I picked up my Vital lunch and dinners this morning from Nourish and my stomach is so happy. I prefer dairy and gluten free because my stomach doesn't tolerate processed food well. Our family has two working parents and we eat a routine breakfast and lunch. We added vital kitchen for dinners for 8 weeks. I successfully lost 14 pounds in 8 weeks and have kept it off for another 4. They have something great going here! Thank you...
