Zero star, despite initially high expectations based on positive reviews and social media endorsements. As a long time of nail salon goer for over 15 years, and someone familiar with industry standards, I was eager to experience the premium service advertised this place. I booked with the owner, and a top master technician for a medium-length, single-color Russian manicure ($195 before tip) and a pedicure ($165 before tip), anticipating exceptional quality, and longevity. I did not mind the cost. Unfortunately, within days of my appointment, one of nails developed a crack at the middle corner. Recognizing that issues can occur, I returned promptly for a repair, allocating time of my day to drive to get it fixed without complaint. I wanted to be a repeated customer!

However, less than two weeks later, the same nail cracked again at the same spot. When I contacted the owner, I was disheartened by the response, which attributed the issue to my “daily activities” or “pressure” on the nails, suggesting a new set every THREE weeks to maintain. This contradicts their advertised claims of sets lasting 5-6 weeks, a key reason I chose your salon for its promised durability and meticulous cuticle work, to justify their price!!! For context, in the past, I have maintained longer Russian manicure elsewhere for up to five weeks without issue.

During my second repair visit, it was evident the crack originated from the base, indicating a technical error rather than external factors. Despite this, the owner informed me that while this repair was complimentary, ANY future issues after two weeks would incur additional charges (doesn’t matter if it’s their fault apparently). This approach lacks accountability and hospitality, particularly for a new client who intended to become a regular here.

The unprofessional response and dismissive attitude have compelled me to share this experience. Spending nearly almost $500 for hands and feet after tipping, only to encounter recurring issues and unwarranted blame, is unacceptable. I urge potential customers to reconsider and invest their money in a salon that prioritizes quality and client...

WOOOWWW! 10/10 highly recommend this salon. I have been getting my nails done (acrylics, dip, gel, etc) for nearly 18 years, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. It felt very boutique and upscale, completely different from a traditional salon. Booking online was super easy. At my appointment, I was greeted and offered a drink. When I went inside the main area, there were only 3 clients total. It was calm and quiet. Again, so much different from a traditional salon trying to get as many people in and out as possible. Annabelle did my nails, and she was incredible. She was friendly, direct, and meticulous. I never realized how LITTLE other salons were actually doing with my nails until this appointment. The appointment was longer than I am used to- I was there for 2 1/2 hours, but she went above and beyond! This time included acrylic removal, meticulous cuticle care, application of builder gel, and a simple design. It's now been two weeks, and you can BARELY see any growth. Annabelle recommended 4-6 weeks. I've never gone more than 3 weeks at a traditional salon because they're so outgrown and look so bad. In reference to price, with the deposit and in-person total (including $20 tip), I spent $137. I typically spend $100, including tip, every two weeks at other salons. If I can go 4-6 weeks, then my monthly nail expense will be reduced tremendously! And I'll be getting better care. I am so happy and can't wait...

Golden Gel Nails is all about healthy, beautiful nails! And I must say, it is an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walk in, the ambiance is always relaxing, with music playing in the background and a beautifully designed space that is always clean and luxurious.

The nail technicians (GG, Trensetta, and Desire) are truly skilled and they each have beautiful personalities. Their attention to detail is impressive — from the perfect shaping of my nails to the flawless application of polish. The tools are meticulously sanitized, and I feel confident in the salon’s commitment to hygiene.

What sets this salon apart is the level of customer care. Desire (my personal tech) is AMAZING and she has truly transformed my real nails into healthy nails - I no longer use acrylic.Throughout the session, she checks to make sure I am happy with each step of the process. The salon only uses high-quality products that leave my nails looking stunning and lasting longer than I’ve experienced at other salons.
