I didn’t even want to give them one star they don’t deserve any stars ! I have been interested in a vehicle for a few days wanted to make sure that was a V-8 was told that it was a V-8 but with the situation they couldn’t approve me without more money down or a different signer. So it was kind a like they just started ignoring me didn’t want my business anymore. Then I was wrote that the car was sold but there was another one there if I was interested well I wasn’t because it wasn’t a V-8. So I told the car I wanted but I didn’t know it was from the same dealer I double checked to make sure it was the vehicle that I was looking for it was I was super happy I was super excited but the car had a lot of flaws the tires need to be replaced The ABS light was on the driver side window did not roll down the AC blew hard but it was not cold. The sales guy told me (RO) That all of it would be fixed before I left went in with finance told me we had a deal the payments were exactly where I wanted and I was super happy then they stated they just needed me to get the insurance and references I waited for about four hours to be seen by finance again and then Johnny the original sales guy came back and told me that there was a problem that I wouldn’t be able to take the vehicle home that evening because of the ABS light and safety which I understand and I appreciate it. Well then because of the repairs having to be done on the vehicle they were going to make me pay for it! So because of the flaws that I found on the vehicle they tacked onto the price of the car 1k! The sales guy Johnny told me that the car was for 18,000 but really I was signing for $21,000 vehicle that was only worth 17,400 on CARFAX. I couldn’t do the deal it wasn’t worth it it would’ve only stressed me out as far as the new payment went because of them having to add on $1000 of repairs that I shouldn’t have been responsible paying for. I also saw that there was one open recalls for the vehicle that should’ve been fixed before I had even gotten to the lot If you go with this dealer just make sure you do ask for the CARFAX and then buy your own car fax to compare if they have altered anything And heaven for bid there be a flaw on the vehicle they’re going to make you pay for it. I don’t recommend this dealer at all Row was a good sales person he in no way did me wrong but how finance try to make me pay for the repairs and how the original sales man Johnny told me was not right they shouldn’t have treated a person that right and taking advantage of me just because I’m a woman. Oh and now they have the car back up on 5 miles listed as an SRT8 was only 50,000 miles on...

I purchased a 2014 Chrysler from Z Auto last year from Virgil at the time the car was less than a year, 1 previous owner, according to Virgil the car was in great condition, I purchased gap insurance as well as an extended warranty at time of purchase. The only issue I noticed at time of purchase was the traction light was on, he said that will be checked out. My fiancé and I took it back and he said his service guys said that it was could be a sensor, and they would call me to get it scheduled. I never received a call. Recently I noticed my car starting to shake on the freeway, took it to have the tires balanced. That did not work so I contacted Jorge at Z-Auto to ask about my warranty coverage, he told me they had the warranty at their location and said I could have my fiancé pick it up. He drove over and they told him that they didn't have anything there. I contacted Jorge and he said to call my finance company it had nothing to do with them. I contacted my finance company who then directed me to the extended warranty company which is Superior, so I did. Superior directed me to go to a licensed mechanic so I took it directly to Chrysler. I then found out the BAD news.. The previous owner was Enterprise Rental Cars and my car was previously in a bad accident and they had already switched out a lot of parts on my car.. With this being said Chrysler did a full diagnostic on my car and everything that needs to be repaired is due to the accident that I was never informed of. The extended warranty that I purchased is not good for anything because of the car being previously wrecked therefor I purchased the extended warranty for nothing. I contacted Z-Auto to discuss this with Jorge and basically he said there is nothing they can do about it. Finally got so upset I contacted my Finance company and they are now investigating. I know I will not refer this bootleg company to anyone...BUYER...

I had a terrible experience when I was on my way to look at a car as I am familiar with Gloria and her husband in sales and while I was there my car overheated and would not start . The salesman Raul came out and started shouting at me and my son and stated " get your truck " Range Rover" out of the way because this " man" needs to get by . I said to Raul in spanish I am sorry I did not know my car was going to stop and I did not realize it was going to shut off. The owner came out and apologized I have known the owner for many years they are always friendly to me unfortunately I was with my " son" I was not with my husband I have to say I just broke down and cried because I was in shock . I was able to get the car off their lot I am thankful that my son and I made it home safely it I work with people on a daily basis in the " mental health field" and I am a firm believer in you treat people the way you would want to be treated. I sit here and wonder if this was Rauls wife and child how would he feel to be " screamed and humiliated " as I was tonight . Please note that this in no way is not a reflection on Gloria who was out sick tonight. I recommend that with all the things that are going on in the world that the dealership be more considerate of peoples feelings . I am very disappointed in how I was treated and sad to say that my purpose for going there was to purchase a " BMW". I will have to say that I will not go back and spend money at a place on that treats you with no respect I will be purchasing my car on tomorrow with my money from my settlement...
