I got to this Subway at 7:10 AM. The hours say that they open at 7:00 AM. I sat at the drive through for several minutes. No one spoke through the speaker, so I then proceeded to the drive thru window. I sat there for several more minutes and still no one came to the window. There were cars in the parking lot and the open light was flashing, so I was sure someone was inside. I called the store number and finally a gentlemen answered. I asked him if this was the store at HWY 6 and Memorial. He said he didn't know and that he just started working there. I said well, I'm at your location and I'm in the drive thru line, but no one has come to the window. He said that he was inside, but no one was at the window. So for a second I thought I was at the wrong store, but after I continued to wait, and the gentleman finally came to the window, I realized that he was the person I spoke to on the phone and he never came to the window! I asked if they were open - because the window was still locked and I still didn't see anyone else. He said that they were 'barely open.' To make matters worse, I was overcharged for my sandwich, however he was kind enough to refund me the difference without a fight after I brought it to his attention. When I finally reached my destination, I realized that I did not have the correct bread that I asked for. How disappointing.
I will never come to this Subway again. The lack of professionalism is unreal. There was never an sense of urgency or apology.

Me and my boyfriend ordered online and decided to go through the drive thru and no one answered the speakers we figured they were short staff maybe that’s why they didn’t have the drive through available but it’s just weird bcuz how are they gonna put a sign that they have drive through but no one works on it . We go inside to get our order and this young man dosent speak english and i keep telling him we had an online order until finally another worker comes and tells him we had an online order to get it ready . The guy who had told him we had an online order seemed to not care about the cross contamination he was doing as he put on gloves to work on the sandwiches he touches his face and proceeds to put on gloves after him adding the toppings he gets a phone call and starts adding the toppings while touching his phone , my boyfriend called him for out and he immediately changed them and felt embarrassed after that he made the other young man contuine to make the rest of sandwich. It was 0720 am and the employee was not even ready to open the store, all was dark, ingredients no where to be seen and doors locked. A restaurant that opens 30 minutes late, is this your Norm? You may want to check on this employee. Who knows how many times he/she had opened late and how much business you are not making.
