Read moreThis was a Visit to the Kroger Store at 108 W. Highland Road in Howell, Michigan. This was a first time in a long, long time for shopping at this location, as I normally do my Grocery shopping at either Meijer or Walmart in Howell. My main reason for shopping at this Kroger, was because all Kroger Stores had their first ever Senior Discount Day on this particular day. This was a One-time deal only, and as of now, is not expected to be repeated on any regular basis. Therefore, my main goal was to hopefully save some money by visiting Kroger that particular day. However, in hindsight now, my Senior Discount was a total of $12 on my total Cart, but the prices were so much higher than Meijer or Walmart, that I honestly believe the identical items would have been slightly cheaper at either of those other 2 places, and that's without any Discount. Plus, another big disappointment at Kroger that day, was that there were about 10 items that I wanted, which Kroger either was out of, or didn't even carry, so needless to say, my experience at Kroger that day was NOT a very good experience,...
