This lil Caesars used to be amazing until recently when you call to place an order, your call is routed to what I'm assuming is an Indian call center. The poor guy I spoke to barely understood English, and two times in a row now after placing my order this way, it has been wrong. I'm sorry but if you've had to resort to outsourcing your calls and orders, it's time to pay another employee. It is NOT RIGHT OR FAIR to your customers to have to order through a guy who barely speaks English.
It's also not fair to the poor guy on the phone who probably gets berated by customers who cannot understand him. If I have to order through a call center because this place is too cheap to pay the employees needed to take orders, I will no longer be a customer of this location. You'd think it would be cheaper to pay another VERY MINIMUM WAGE employee than to outsource. Especially when BOTH TIMES I've ordered this way, they had to replace my order because it was wrong due to the gentleman barely speaking English. How far have we fallen when you now have to CHECK YOUR ORDER AT A PIZZA PLACE?
Heck, if they wanna continue to outsource their orders, maybe I should just let it fly and let them replace my order every time when they get it wrong so I can keep the original order they messed up as well. In the end, whoever's decision this was should be fired because they're costing more money than they're saving, and I'm done supporting billion dollar corporations who'd rather pay a non English speaking person to speak to their customers over hiring just one more person at minimum wage. You've seen the comments below. I've had the same experience with undercooked food, to the point of illness the next day. I've had lack of toppings lack of parmesan. Didnt get things in my order. Ive had ranch cups that were inside their pizza portal holder that have melted inside the PLASTIC BAG it was in. I've had it all.
Today? I had a long, thin, brown black hair that was BAKED into a crazy puff and served to me and my friends. It was in my mouth and I pulled it out completely gagging. This is my final straw for little Ceasars. Hair nets and food cook times are an absolute must for food safety. Attached is a photo for the non believers.
Don't even get me started on the fact that there has never been a time I ordered ahead, or came for a hot and ready, where it actually came out in 15 minutes.

Read morelet me take you on a little journey: it’s about 5:45 friday evening and you want a cheap pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks. the most simple pizza order imaginable. so you go online and make the order like you’ve done many times before. it's a busy time, but couldn’t take more than an hour. and yes, it says it should be ready by 6:38, perfect! that time comes and goes, and there is no movement on the order tracker. okay, maybe it's a little busier than usual and it will take a few more minutes. you wait, and then wait some more. it’s now past 7 and it says it’s been in the oven for quite some time. finally at ten after it upgrades to getting packed up. surely it will be in the portal by the time you get there. so you drive to the store, and proceed to wait until 7:50 and still no pizza. at this point you order from somewhere else and pick the food up instantly, go home and eat it, and are now writing a review about never getting your order. this was a 0 star experience. the pizza here is worth about a 15 minute wait...
