If I could write a 0 or negative star review, I would. This is THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. Emphasis on WORST. My co-workers and I had online orders. We waited 40 MINUTES in the store before a single soul even acknowledged us. I looked at the time I clocked out to when I got my food, and it was 40 minutes. No exaggeration. No one was acknowledging ANYONE. I think they were just assuming that if they ignored everyone, they’d leave, which they did. No one even took the 5 seconds out of their day to be courteous and say “we’ll be with you shortly.” No one even turned around to look at the people waiting. Nothing. It got to a point where pick-up orders were just piling up and they couldn’t even fit smoothies in the fridge any longer, but instead not one of the 5-6 employees asked if anyone was here for online orders so they could a.) start dispersing the bags that were just sitting there, getting cold for 30+ mins and b.) empty out the store that was filled with people. It took a worker 40 mins of us standing there to finally inquire about online orders. Mind you, during this 40 min period, they did not take a single order. In fact, a woman with her grandchild asked if they were taking orders because she’d been waiting and a worker simply replied “we’re really behind right now so, no.” So the lady left and so did many other people. You could tell their angle was 100% to ignore people hoping they’d eventually leave. At one point, I ended up going to Jimmy Johns to get lunch while my co-workers waiting for their orders. My food ended up getting warm waiting for my co-workers to get their food from TSC. If they didn’t have online orders, we’d have left but we were stuck. Their lack of professionalism, courtesy, and kindness is appalling. Turning away customers? Absolutely ridiculous. This was on 4/14/2021 during the afternoon. Please write up these employees. Read moreOrdered online Nov. 6. 2023 for 2 Flatbread and 2 smoothies to be picked up at 11:30am. Order came through late, time got changed to 12:30, web site glitch perhaps??? Paid for BTW. Got there at 11:40 am and no order was ready. Gave order #, was told that would do them no good. Tried to say I must have not ordered at the correct store....WRONG! Ordered again and assured that if in deed charged twice, they would credit. Girl gave me my bag, get to my destination and NO FOOD. So after ordering twice, I was charged twice, and still no food, only smoothies! They did credit for the online order, and the one I ordered in store received credit for food only. My husband should have received credit for EVERYTHING!!!! That's just good business, and I've been in the bar grill biz a long time. That place would not have missed the ingredients to make two smoothies! Never will I go there again. BTW, this place was not busy at all, so...
Read moreMy wife and I both ordered smoothies at around 5 pm on February 16th. Mine was sitting on the pickup shelf when I walked in. I was immediately greeted and asked the name for the other pick-up, which I gave. I was told it was being made now. So far so good..... There were 3 young ladies working and a young man. The 3 females then went in back leaving the guy by himself. I'm not sure if he was new or what, but he just kept checking blenders and when someone walked in he'd take their order and go back to checking blenders. Never actually pouring anything into a cup. This went on for a solid 6-7 minutes. Then the ladies came back out and mostly talked for 4-5 minutes. After 13-14 minutes I finally got my wife's smoothie which was just sitting in a blender this entire time. We order ahead for a reason. The smoothies were good, but come on now.
