Have had multiple years of bad experiences with this company, seems nothing changes ...couple years ago decided to support local business and took a hat order for my national amateur team out of washington dc , paid for order day 1 , 70+ days before season started, check in at 30 days out and told everything was good, checked in 2 weeks out told everything was good, 1 week before was told order was not completed, how does that happen , and there was zero apology other than getting my money back , fast forward to 2 years in a row with my sons high school sports team and they are still screwing up orders , dont feel pressured to go local , there are better...
