Do not buy a mattress from boxdrop you have been warned. All sales final apparently which was not relayed to me and my husband and we didn't sign any paperwork saying this either. We have our copy where we didn't sign this aspect of the agreement. All of a sudden our bed we picked out was delivered. I layed down on it and right away I said this isn't the mattress we ordered. I called them and they said oh sometimes they forget to put the padding in the pillowtop??? Ok yes people make mistakes so I went back and had this mattress replaced because it had no padding at all. It was basically a pillowtop mattress minus the pillowtop. The 2nd bed we received was the same. We told them ok enough is enough and we want to return it and get a refund. They said all sales are final and there is nothing you can do about it. We then said we never signed anything stating that nor did anyone tell us this because we definitely wouldn't have went that route at all. We showed them the copy of our contract with no signature on the line where it stated all sales are final and then magically they have a contract with our signature which is funny because we have the copy with the signature non existent. Buyers beware of this place or you could be in this same situation. We are fighting them on this because it's weird how a contract we didn't sign all of a sudden has a signature on it. We have the copy without a signature so its weird that they have the original. Someone got clever with a computer and photo shopped it right onto the line. Spend the extra money at a place where you have time to make sure the mattress is definitely what you picked out and ordered. They are most definitely factory defect mattresses. The ones on the showroom floor are for exactly that.....for show. BUYERS...

He said I'll call my manager and see what we can do. After 3 hrs I call back and was told he would not refund our money or take the couch back. After arguing for 15 min. He did call his delivery guy and they picked up the couch. I was told I need to come in and pick another one out. Luckily they did have one we liked but I still had to pay 300$ above what we paid. I was told normally it would be 600. After taking a whole day to drive an hour and a half to pick out another one and being without a couch for 5 day I feel it should of been for the same price, but I wanted to be done with it. Manager ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When we can in he did take care of us helped us set up everything and got us a good price on the one we wanted. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The one thing I really don't like is when you finance with them they don't tell you you have to pay weekly. This is ridiculous you can't choose weekly bi-weekly or monthly payments. We are doing 90 days same as cash. You should be able to choose payment schedule.. You can't. Also go look at the furniture before you buy. My husband bought us 2 recliners and 1 Twin frame and 1 Twin size mattress, as well as 2 frames for our King size mattress back in February or March 2024. First one recliner broke while I was trying to recline in it, then last month the other one broke when my husband sat down and tried to recline in it, he talked to Lucas, Lucas asked to have videos texted to him, my husband sent him videos of the damage. He's never called back. My husband has since left several messages, Lucas has never returned any calls. My husband has spoken with the financial institution that we financed the furniture through, they told us to return it to BoxDrop and we'll own no more money. If Lucas doesn't return phone call and honor our warranty, they'll be getting everything back this coming week, my husband isn't going to continue to pay for furniture we can't sit in. And we will report this to the BBB, as well as State Attorney General Dave Yost office. Our advice, you'd be better off going to a rent...
