I went into this Ace Hardware and I needed some special hardware for a fancy Walker for an elderly woman. The staff here is so amazing. I had two gentlemen helping me find all the pieces and parts that I needed in a hurry. I didn’t think it was going to be possible to find what I needed to fix the walker at any hardware store. I thought I would have to order it online at the company and wait. I was pleasantly surprised with all the assistance and help that I got from these two gentlemen putting things together and figuring it out. I was able to fix the walker on the spot, Ace Hardware might be the cheapest place to buy things, but they definitely are more than willing to help and also carry special items that you can’t find elsewhere. If I had gone to a regular giant hardware store, I never would’ve put this together myself. this is a great little...
Read moreI don't know what it is about Ace hardware these days, maybe some people love them... I hate going there. I have no idea why this popped up on my feed, I must have gone to the...

Hudson Ace convenience and service are tops. Where they fail to beat the big box stores is so simple it’s stupid: Internet.
I go into Hudson Ace and I want to research products or watch DIY/This Old House on YouTube. I can’t. Because the building is all steel. It’s like dropping your phone in a Faraday Cage. Home Depot, Lowe’s and Walmart all offer WiFi, I can look up any product there or see exactly what tool or piece I need...
