Visited on Tuesday. 1/4/22 at about 1:30 in the afternoon. Only 2 other tables occupied—one with 3 customers, one with another elderly lady, and then me. Order was placed and received in an orderly manner. The party of 3 soon left, leaving the other elderly lady and me as the only two customers left. But was never checked on again, not even to ask if I wanted a drink refill(which I did). I finished my lunch, and was waiting for the waiter to come by and give me my check. He never did, so I eventually just went up to the cash register, where they were both standing there playing on their phones. I was asked if everything was all right, and I told him “No, that I hadn’t been checked on or asked if I needed a refill.” The other waiter (not the one who served me) said, well, I hope it’s better next time! I said “I hope so too, seeing as there were only two customers in your restaurant!” My server snuck away while this conversation was going on…
And I don’t think the other elderly lady was ever checked on either. Maybe they think because we are elderly we don’t want anything else?

The chicken was very tough and gross tasting, I think there were about 5 total little cheese shreds on my entire entree that was supposed to have cheese. The rice was flavorless and a strange consistency. I honestly think a lot of it seemed microwaved. They forgot part of the order. They never once came back to ask how our food was. When we kindly brought it to their attention there was no apology or anything. When they finally brought the rest of the food it was "here ya go" and walk away. When we checked out they happily took our hard earned money, but once again no smile, no asking how our food was. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this store while picking up my mobile order. I ended up waiting for more than 40 minutes, which is unacceptable. If the store cannot handle mobile orders promptly, why do they accept them in the first place? It felt like the staff was entirely focused on dine-in customers, completely neglecting those who ordered through the app. Mobile order customers are also customers and deserve equal attention.
