Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hudson

If it wasn't for the friendly staff, I would be giving this a 1 star. The past 3 or 4 times I've ordered here the pizza crust was disappointingly soggy, badly needed crisped up. Even worse we got almost no sauce on the pizza. At least I can crisp up the pizza in the oven when I get home (but it's dumb that I have to) but there's no scraping cheese off and adding sauce. Don't even bother ordering extra anything from here. Aside from ignoring the extra sauce request, I got almost no pepperoni on my pizza. They charged me an extra 2$ for less pepperoni than I've when not ordering extra, the hell is that? The staff has always been friendly, and I've never had a late delivery, which is why I waited so long to post a review or anything. Don't know if it's management telling them to cut corners or what, but after spending about 70-90$ on dissapointing pizza I'm sick of...

One star because 0 is not an option... Last pizza was burnt, they gave us a credit. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, we order at 530pm. At 630pm we get a text the order is out for delivery. 710pm we call and find out that "they are really backed up and haven't made our order yet but you will have it in 25 min". We offer to drive the 2 miles to go get it and they then say no it's on its way out the door... Now it's 740 we call again and find out there is still no pizza coming to our house.. the manager says no one would have told us that the pizza was on the way out the door and that "our original order got delivered to the wrong house but they don't know where" Nice job guys! To top it off they can't refund our money because it was on online order... I know of 4 other pizza places that would love...

This pizza hut is the best one in the area. David, Bryan, and Tyler are the best! I sometimes go to the Twinsburg and Macedonia pizza huts, but recently, I have been driving to the Hudson one exclusively solely because of the the friendly staff and good service. I always try the latest and greatest here, and their new ultimate cheesy crust is the best that they've come up with in years. Try it!
