IF I COULD GIVE THIS RESTAURANT 0 STARS I WOULD.
I went to Pad Thai in Hudson and this was by far the worst service and food I have ever had. We were first sat at a table right next to the restrooms when there were over 20 tables still unoccupied. We asked to move and were sat at another cramped table in the back of the restaurant where we waited for over 20 minutes to have anyone take our drink order.
Our waitress was also the manager of the restaurant..she forgot our order and forgot the order of the table next to us. She slammed things on our table and spoke to us with a rude and condescending tone. She brought over some water one of which had a fly in it. THERE WERE ALSO FLIES ALL OVER THE TABLE. I had to take pictures because I could not believe the amount of dead insects on our table and on the window next to us. When we finally got our appetizer it was ice cold. We then waited for about 40 mins longer to get our main course which was a lump of luke warm pad thai that we didn't even finish.
We have been going to this restaurant for about a year now with plenty of slip ups in the past but tonight was by far the worst experience I have ever had dining out. The worst part is that they made us actually pay for the entirety of the bill. I hope they actually clean off the table littered with dead bugs for the next person that sits there.
TLDR: Worst service ever. You are better off dumpster diving for your food than spending $40+ and waiting almost...

Our order (#63) was promised to be ready no later than 6:33PM... I arrived at 6:30PM and parked at their "curbside pickup" sign.
At 6:36PM I called their phone number and was immediately put on hold. After waiting 3 more minutes and went inside to find a line NEARLY TEN CUSTOMERS deep and the owner was talking a phone order!😡
After waiting ANOTHER several minutes I had to ask if I could take my order that had been sitting at their front desk the whole time. Was told NO because the owner would yell at staff.
Owner finally came back with other customers food... and I asked for my order by number. FINALLY got to head back home at 6:48PM with the cold food. 😡
Once I got home, I found that my fresh Basil roll ($7.00) was nowhere to be found. So I called the restaurant again... and when the owner said, "please hold", I said NO. I've requested a refund for my missing food... based on tonight's experience, I don't have much faith they'll follow through and make things right.
Dad thing is, the food we did get would have been pretty good IF it had been hot... but that's what happens when a restaurant owner prioritizes MORE over taking care of the customers in front of them.

Even when the dining was closed we would come for sushi/ Chinese take-out. Today we were excited to come in for a sit down lunch. We ordered 3 sushi rolls and an appetizer to share. The shrimp tempura roll was good as always however the other 2 California crunch rolls were over fried. The center was hot, rice was gummy and the avocado literally melted into the rice (creating a paste). We told the waitress we were disappointed since this was a favorite of ours. She got the gentleman who works at the sushi bar to come over. He told us this is how it is always made. We expressed it has never tasted this way. He then said- maybe we ate too much and were full and just didn’t want it now. I was shocked. We literally came in for sushi and left not only hungry but upset that this is how Pad Tai of Hudson treats long standing customers.
