I have been a T-Mobile customer for 15 years and have never been treated as bad as I have been treated at this location. My fist visit a week ago was good but the past two during this week has been very bad. The one employee that I had the dis pleasure of dealing with last night took the cake. I was ignored, told I could not use their phone to call customer service (as I was instructed to do if I had any problems) and refused to let me call my husband to bring his phone so that I could call customer service while at this location. I tried to call, the phone was snatched out of my hand and when I tried to call again the receiver was slammed down by her hand. I was told that I could call anyone I wanted to outside the store. This employee showed poor customer service to a long standing customer, refused to help, would let customer use the phone at a phone store, poor attitude, ignored customer, tried to call police when customer tried to use the phone and was also racist. Read moreI went in today for the fourth time in a little over 6 months. Every other time we've left without transferring service bc not one person there knew much of anything about pricing, promotions, switching phones, etc. And they didn't even know who to call to ask. They said there wasn't really anyone they could call. I'm not sure why they were there besides ornamental decorations for the store and to accept bill payments. Well, today we HAD to switch our service and between Deja, Stepfan and the manager(I regrettably didn't get her name) they knew the answer to every question and explained it to me well! I'm really actually glad I went in today bc I think it would have probably been messed up had I done it any other time. They were able to handle multiple customers with ease and were very adept and efficient. They also made sure to greet everyone no matter how many things they had going on at one time, and they were busy. They were awesome and I'm so grateful all 3 of them were there to take care of...
Read moreTy is the sweetest, nicest and most helpful person I have ever met who works at T-Mobile. She went above and beyond in helping me purchase a new iPhone for my mother. I went to multiple stores prior, all no help, then I called Ty at Hueytown Tmobile and she said to come on over and she’ll help us right away. We get there 10 minutes before close and she was dedicated to helping us out. In less than 25 minutes, I had a new iPhone purchased with all my data transferred over as well as the e sim being activated. Could not have had a better experience and don’t think any other store could top it. Thank you so much Ty for being wonderful, outstanding, amazing and the most helpful employee with the biggest smile and greatest attitude.
