This is posted so hopefully a person that cares about this place of business sees it. On 04/29/21 I placed an order. I received a text at 5:58 that my order was on the way. At 6:47 I called to check on my order. After getting put on hold for approximately 3 minutes a lady picked up. There seemed to be some confusion so she said that she was getting the manager. He came to the phone and I explained like I did to the lady that answered that I was wondering if my pizza was delivered to the wrong place and just the status of my order. I get a hold on. At 6:57 while I’m still on hold on my phone that they didn’t press hold and I could here them in the background I call on my wife’s phone. I ask for the manager and he picks right up while I’m still on my phone waiting all this time. I ask about my order again. I’m told that they only have 1 driver. I understand this totally. It’s all over the news about restaurants being short handed. Then I explained my concern. The text at 5:58 and at that time it was 6:58 I know because I still have my phone that I’m looking at for times. I don’t want to pay $35.00 for a cold pizza and cheese sticks. His angry answer is that he’ll call the driver and tell him to just come back and he would credit me back. I completed my order at 5:35 so I was definitely hungry at this point so I really didn’t want to do that. I was looking for a little bit... just a little bit of customer service at this point . Instead he start yelling at me that he’s calling the driver and telling him to come back. Not the slightest bit of professionalism came from this so called manager. A simple question would’ve fixed this quickly. Sir what can do to make you happy. 5% 10% off your next order. Some little bit of customer service. Pizza Hut really needs to work on their training!! And the so called manager needs to be put a little farther behind the counter out of contact with customers. He has absolutely zero customer service skills!!! ZERO!! And YES we had cold pizza and cheese...
Read moreThis experience was was awful. After I paid I rcv two calls from the manager regarding my order. First call was they didn't have any pans for my pan crust and they needed to canceled my order. I explained that I was at work and the good was for my kids. The manager said I can refund it. I told him one pizza was purchased with my points he said oh well the only way I can refund is if you paid with money. I said well the line are earned wth money I spent. I asked couldn't be just make it large since it's the stores error he said no because it'll mess up his inventory. Then he deals well I can give you hand toss. I said I don't care how you crust it they need to eat. An hour later he called back to say they don't have any boxes for a big box dinner 🤔 confused because I didn't order that. After I asked what he was talking about he said nevermind your food should be coming soon. At this point I honestly don't even want to eat it now afraid of what the hell may be going on. It took almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered and again I was at work trying to send food home to my kids. The manager had no regards for the error which the store made or concern that I was trying to send food home to my kids. On top of that the pizza was burnt. Horrible experience! Also you pay for pan crust although it's only an extra dollar pizza hut has more money than I do. They never gave my dollar back either for not having the pans...
Read moreI placed an online order for curbside pickup at the Alliso-Bonnett location in Hueytown, and upon arrival I used the link provided by pizza hut to call and alert them of my arrival, and was placed on hold for over 8 minutes before I hung up, then tried to text from the curbside sign, still nothing. I then had to get out of the car, after specifically asking for curbside pickup, and enter an overcrowded restaurant during a pandemic to get my food. The pickup time was 7:20pm and I finally went inside at 7:30pm only to be told my prepaid order was not ready. There were several people returning pizzas because they were burned. Finally after 8pm, over 45 minutes after my pickup time, and having to go inside to get food I prepaid for to have no contact with other people, I get my pizza. It was not the way I ordered it, but I just wanted to get out of that overcrowded small space during this pandemic, and feed my family. By far the worst experience ever for me. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The fact that I was offered curbside contactless pickup was totally false, and is shameful. They truly have no regards for the health and wellness of their customers. We tried this place one more time after taking over a year off for bad service; and the service is still bad if not worst. Not sure about other locations, but Hueytown location is...
