Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hueytown

I experienced the worst customer service ever at this restaurant. The whole crew was rude. I sat in line almost an hour along with several other cars in the drive through. They were not taking orders for the first 45 min. I finally was able to place my order. Once I placed my order and pulled up to the window the girl at the window was talking and playing with the other crew members once I received my food I pulled to the side and parked to check my bag and half of my order was missing out of my bag. The inside of the restaurant was closed due to construction and there were at least 10 cars in the drive thru so I couldn't go inside the restaurant to let them know I didnt receive all my food so I went to the window to talk to the young lady at the window she refused to even open the window and talk to me to see why I was back at the window I held my bag of food up and told her I didnt get all of my food she basically talking to me through the drive thru window and told me to drive to the back of the line, which there were at least 10 cars still backed up and I already waited an hour so why should I have to drive back around to the end of the line for a refund then she told me to pull down to the end of the drive through and basically had me sitting there while she waited on all the other cars that were behind me. So I called the phone to the location which was the only way that I could communicate with them so the young lady that answered the phone told me to just come back to the window to get the refund. The young lady that was passing out the food was so rude and it was very unnecessary. She refused to even open the window to see what issue or problem it was I'm basically trying to communicate with her through a closed window and then she tells me to go to the back of the line after I already waited an hour on food. My daughter came by to see me tonight around 8:30 - 9:30ish, and had me some Taco Bell being delivered to where I was before she left and Taco Bell was no more than 2-3 minutes away from where I was. However, I can't rely on this particular TB being the actual location where my Dasher picked my order up from, but this was the closest, so excuse that part. Anyway, my daughter ordered me the Mexican Pizza Meal that included a Mexican Pizza, two Taco Supremes, along with a drink (I substituted the drink for a Baja Blast 'Icee" - not sure of the correct name). During my delivery, the first thing I noticed was my "Icee'' was literally half full and when I say "half", that's really kinda pushing it. I took out my food and the two Crunchy Taco Supremes ended up being two regular crunchy tacos, which was cold and the shells were stale. After my two tacos, I was so anxious for my "hot" Mexican Pizza but that quickly and easily turned into a huge disappointment. I promise you, this Mexican tasted nothing like a Mexican Pizza and I honestly can't even explain the taste. I don't know...what I do know is that it didn't taste anything like a Taco Bell, Mexican Pizza and it was cold as well. The entire meal seemed like it had sat out all day and my '' Icee" seemed as if it was sipped on all day and it was the last one in the store, so they rushed and threw the lid on it, taped a straw to the lid, then sent it out with the rest of the meal. This location is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever seen in my life not only are the employees and the manager with the little dreads and the glasses not only a sheet and her fellow employees extremely disrespectful but they never have. What’s on the menu anytime after 5 o’clock if you ask me, it seems as if they just don’t wanna make the fancy nice things that Taco Bell has to offer so this is like the fifth time I’ve come here now and I have to go back home with something I didn’t want all because they’re too lazy to make these fancy nice things that Taco Bell has to offer. This is about the fifth or sixth time I’ve come here. Taco Bell has launched a new item and they just don’t feel like making it. I have four children I’m trying to feed and my children love Taco Bell, but unfortunately for my children. This location is the closest one to our house so every time we are home and my children would like Taco Bell. It’s always a major disappointment.
