TEAL Fitness — Local services in Huntersville

I was fortunate enough to experience Teal Fitness and have to also rave about it with equal enthusiasm as my fellow reviewers.

While I only attended classes for 2 straight weeks, one thing stands out and that is both Janelle and Quinton, the energy to push you through each of the various classes is unprecedented, and each class feels different, challenging but rewarding.

Classes start super early for those who are either early risers or suffer with insomnia and continue throughout the morning period. Afternoon sessions start from 4pm and go to 7pm.

As classes are slot based you must book in advance, especially for the early morning sessions as they fill up early. Also if you feel like you've got some energy left in the tank... (You won't) You can always do a double class! It's also worth noting that if you book within an hour of the class planning to start it won't show up. So make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get your name down.

One of the main things which I loved is that Teal Fitness is a community, where fellow attendees motivate and inspire each other to get one more rep or hit a goal.

There is something deeply personal about feeling supported to succeed and I think the reviews are testimonies which echo the same principles.

I've been working out with Quinton and Janelle going on 5 years. I cannot say enough amazing things about these two and the gym they created. They really push you to become the greatest version of yourself. I was always so worried about walking into a gym, feeling intimidated by everyone there, and not knowing what to do. You do NOT feel this with Teal Fitness. Everyone that is apart of this gym family is so welcoming and supportive. All your workouts are pre planned and there are options if you are not able to do one of them. Each day is different, you are always challenged and feel so accomplished afterwards. All fitness levels here! Don't waste anymore time to start your fitness journey . You won't regret becoming apart...

TEAL Fitness is the best gym I’ve ever been to. The workouts are intense, incredibly efficient, and fit perfectly into my busy schedule – just 45 minutes, and I’m done for the day. It’s the perfect anchor to my day and has made me better in all areas of my life.

The community at Teal Fitness is absolutely incredible. There’s a sense of camaraderie and motivation that makes you want to keep coming back. Quinton and Janelle are phenomenal. They bring so much energy and expertise, and they genuinely care about helping everyone reach their goals.
