LOL yogurt — Local services in Huntington Beach

Mmmmmm Fro-yo! So if you know me pretty well, you know I'm probably a huge fan of Yogurtland. But I have to say - this place really stole the show and blew my tastebuds away.

I've never been a huge fan of the rich and savory fro-yos, but rather opting for the fruity flavors instead. This place has an abundance of those yummy fruity flavors and I can't ever decide which ones I want. So I end up with a giant cup of all of them....it's still yogurt right?

This is my to go place when it comes to Froyo. They have several good flavors and lots of yummy toppings. My 4 stars today are because of the service. The lady who checked us out today decided to help 2 parties at once. It's not like it was super busy. It was just us and the other family of 3. She just gave the total and asked to insert payment while she kept chatting with the other family. I waited for a minute and then had to reach for spoons and lids. I did not hear an apology from her for not finishing our transaction or got a thank you. I felt ignored, which made me regret the fact that I left a tip. The customer service here is extraordinary at every visit! They are very friendly and keep busy helping customers, replacing toppings, and keeping the place clean. It's a very fun environment, and there are lots of flavors to choose from and special cones and waffle bowls. The other customers are also always very friendly and it's easy to make conversation and have an enjoyable time. This is a great place for kids. My kids love it. Every time we pull in to the parking lot as a surprise they go nuts with excitement. Cool King also use a great rewards system. Awesome...
