Whata Lotta Pizza — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

The food was total trash. My 9 year old wouldn't even eat a full size or the the dessert pizza. He was grossed out by the cheese bread. Hes not picky about pizza, he even likes dominos. I've never had pizza that was a chore to eat, Little Caesars isn't a bad as the food here. I should have just given up when the online ordering wasnt working, but unfortunately I persisted. I called the store on Warner and a not so friendly young woman answered to immediately put me on hold. She wasnt rude but she definitely wouldn't be someone I had as the representative of my business. I ordered a deluxe with mushrooms on half and the pizza baked well done. I also ordered the cinnamon dessert and garlic cheese bread. I was quoted about an hr wait and they showed up right about then. The delivery driver wasnt sent with the order already written out with a order total. He had to manually input everything while we stood at the door waiting. This seemed like their regular way of conducting business because the driver said he could never find the cinnamon dessert with the pos system. When I finally got to eat the food was so bland and it wasnt even hot. I live less than a mile away. I wasnt expecting much but they failed to meet even basic expectations. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible pizza shop, and I must say, it was a truly unforgettable experience. Not only was the pizza absolutely amazing - with a perfect balance of flavors, fresh ingredients, and a delicious crust - but this place holds a special significance for me. It was actually where I landed my very first job at the age of 16.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the shop instantly made me feel at home, and the friendly staff made the work experience truly enjoyable. I learned valuable skills, made lifelong friends, and developed a deep appreciation for the art of pizza making.

My order was wrong. The staff didn’t follow the placement of the toppings (halves). I also ordered extra ranch and was not given it. When I asked if I had ordered it (in a very nonchalant way), I was told no, but upon looking back at my order, I did pay extra for it. I also feel the antipasto salad was sub-par. There were about four pieces of ham and 3 pepperonis placed on top; is that the norm? I’d say the inconsistency and poor experience was due to a staff who cares little about what they are doing. They seemed to be not invested; perhaps morale or hiring needs to be evaluated.
