Go to ross or tj max you will pay less for new clothes .Huge store . Huge mess . Not very well organized you have to scroll through everything to find your side . Dont expect to find big brand name anything worth money is being sold by goodwill online . The prices are absolutely ridiculous . Some cost more used than new some the same as if you bought new . Think made in china no brand name cheap polyester ( shien / wish / forevet 21) . Goodwill have lost their mind . They do have one color 50 off per week however even with a 50 off its still not a good deal. The clothes are beat up faded dirty same with the shoes 𤢠this looked more like dumpster dived items than gently used. Wont be going back . There is better trift / second hand store out there that wont try to scalp and squeeze every penny out of you for item that r worth literally NOTHING. Go on shien go on wish you can get the exact same cleaner delivered to your house brand new and cheapper š for the shoes you can get the same thing at charlotte russ brand new 5 to 10$ . Goodwill got greedy .... not what it used to be .the copy paste answer is highly laughable .fyi goodwill u missed the point .your fast fashion cost TWICE as much used and beat up . As for the landfill part this type of cheap polyester material has a very short life spam only last a few wash so it WILL end up in the landfill no matter what .you are just trying to make a quick buck on the way. People dont go thrift to buy junky fast fashion people go thift to buy quality they cant affort full...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of the guys at the donation drop off here was a little rude and giving attitude. Recently, one of the things I was about to donate was a bag of wrapping paper. He says āThat one is a no. No oneās gonna walk into this store and be like āWhereās the ripped up and smushed up wrapping paper.ā ā First of all, they werenāt even that bad. You can still use the paper. I wouldnāt have tried to donate them if they were that bad. He didnāt even look much into it; he just glanced at them. Second, as someone who used to work at Goodwill (the one near Beach Blvd and Ellis 2018-2020), I wouldnāt have said it like that if I had to decline an item. I would have said something like āWeāre not able to accept the wrapping paper, since itās been used, weāve been told by management. Sorry...

I'll always be baffled as to why Goodwill insists on charging more money for the T-shirts in the ladie's section vs the gentlemen's section; that's not the fault of this particular location, just something I feel is worth mentioning. There's also a very small selection of "yellow tag" items, and this doesn't seem to be a seasonal issue. Unfortunately I've found the staff to be less than helpful, ranging from the sort of folks who have been doing their jobs for so long that it's clearly become reflex to others being...
