Magnolia and Adams has for gas stations available on each corner and they are open at 6 a.m. one of them is open 24 hours a day there's a Smart and Final and one corner there's a deli across the street in the other corner there's a donut shop right there it's wonderful Adams Donuts there's also the Goodwill store is right there you got to come check this place out there's lots of stuff if you need to have mail there's a mailbox where you can rent a mailbox for a month there's also a big Liquor Mart right there two in the same parking lot Jiffy Lube is in the same parking lot 76 gas station is on the corner Carl's jr. very good Carl's jr. by the way try their shakes up the vanilla one...

Been coming to this shopping center a while and it’s lovely, never had an issue with parking and all the shops in there are lovely! Especially love that mailing facility! They are so kind in there and they explained to a friends 5 year old brother a bit on how mail gets from California to London, England. There wasn’t any other customers in there at the time tho but very much appreciated the patience and knowledge. It is nice to have a Smart & Final close by as they are pretty good at having large quantity items like you would buy at Costco so that is nice. The liquor warehouse is decent and is also a good place to buy ice. I want to try the Vietnamese pho place.
