I normally don’t write yelp reviews and if I have they have been positive, but I need to write this to warn about working with these guys. Albert was shifty, unresponsive and shady.

When I initially went to place my order he was warm and friendly and assured me I would have pictures sent to me within a week to confirm it’s what I wanted. I was told I’d have my products in two weeks time also and I had an important deadline to meet to drop my products. I was never sent pictures of my products and he was barely responsive for a month. I was still friendly and I had to press him over and over to ever get my order. I drove all the way down from Van Nuys to get my order (hour and a half) and then when I went in my products were still hot from being freshly printed before I arrived. A month after my order. Two weeks after my due date.

I got home and went through my products and I realized I had about 10 of my pieces missing. All of my larges - one of the most common sizes. I also noticed the tags I paid to be put on the tees were not there either. I naturally was upset and I texted and called him a multitude of times and then he eventually picked up and apologized and assured he would make my missing sizes and give me extra and have it delivered within a week because of the inconvenience.

Fast forward two weeks and I’ve barely been getting replies and neither my business partner. Note - throughout this period and the period where I was initially waiting on the late product he was posting production of other products while ignoring me. When he did eventually reply after I spammed him he was condescending and attempting to gaslight me saying “take a deep breath, go focus on your business you have more important things to worry about. Don’t have a panic attack.” He also said “you won’t lose fans because of missing sizes.” Oh yeah you were right Albert! I’ll only lose money. Something he obviously isn’t too savvy on himself seeing as how he handles clients.

He promised to have them delivered the next day and again went ghost when my products were supposed to go live in two days. Two days, man. He ignored me and my partner all day the next day and then picked up when I used my friends phone to call him. He then said the same thing and accused me of having a panic attack and anxiety and being extremely childish and disrespectful. I had to shout at him to get him to stop talking trash and get him to deliver my products. They came finally an hour later still with no tags and maybe two extra shirts.

Stay away from these...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALBERT HE IS A SCAMMER. Basically I went into Albert business and requested for him to design 100 T-shirt for my brand at first he was very communicative and friendly we talk about my order and I placed it with him a month goes by and I was still waiting for him to give me the first sample so I can approve it and go on with the entire order. Another month goes by and he hits me with ayy bro I didn’t charge you for something on your order but me and Albert discussed my order and I made it clear to him what needed to be done anyways he says it’s fine and he will complete my order and now it’s been two month and a half and he hasn’t responded to my calls or texts it looks like to me he gave up and just wasted my time and took my $1,800 deposit that I gave him in the beginning. I realize now that he have a couple bad reviews from other customer s regarding the same situation as mine I just wish I never did business with Albert and not waste my time. Do not do business with him he will waste your time and take your money. I WILL NOW BE FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST...

This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a vendor. I paid for samples over a month ago, was promised a 5-day turnaround, and have received nothing—no product, no tracking number, and barely any communication.

They’ve ghosted multiple follow-ups, ignored read messages, and gave empty promises when they did respond. At this point, it feels like they just took the money and disappeared.

If you value your time, money, and business, avoid this vendor. Completely unreliable, and I would never recommend them to anyone serious...
