26th Street Drinkery — Restaurant in Huntington

If You look at My reviews, I seldom give negative feedback. However...I can be persuaded. It takes a lot. This is one of those situations. I have been coming here to relax after spending time in Huntington and shopping at Barboursville Mall. I have always tipped well, and been respectful. However, one of the bartenders was a... well,...can't say that word here. lol It was uncalled for, and undeserved. I was raised to be a Gentleman. I demand that same respect. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Good food, but poor customer service. They forgot my baked potato one day, and then the very next time I ordered from them they forgot my ketchup AND cheese on my burger. Hey, mistakes happen. I am totally understanding. But Brandon, the guy that makes the food, did nothing but make excuses and tell me how I screwed up ordering and didn’t make a single offer to fix it. That bothered me. I would have given them a great review had he admitted a mistake and fixed it, but all he did was blame me. That left a bad “taste” in my mouth.
