Drive Thru has actually improved. It was pretty good, but in the last couple months it has gotten even better. I noticed they have hired a new employee or two at the window. Good choice on who you put out there. Don't know what they are doing or if it's even them, but it's gotten smoother and requests are met . Whatever the change it's working. I'm actually getting what I ordered! Food is still as good as usual. Sometimes better than others. I guess it depends on who is working making the food that day. No problems in quite a while with not getting what I ordered. Been getting exactly what I ordered. Only thing I would like to see changed that is serious is they need to figure out how to keep the crunchy tacos from getting moist and sticking to the paper wrapper right at the bottom of the taco shell. Not exactly sure yet if it's because the paper wrapper won't let moisture evaporate through or just too much water content in the meat. Maybe consider pressing the meat in a strainer when there is too much "wet" left in the meat steam pan and make sure the steam from the steam pan system to keep it all warm can't collect under the meat pan lid and drip inside. Perhaps wipe it off every few minutes and if there is a rush on customers let the supervisor help with that kind of thing. It's understandable we want our food fast and we want it good. Some things can be hard to do both when in a constant rush. I remember working jobs like that when I was in high school. Otherwise please consider thinking about training to help make sure the things that go in burritos are end to end. Currently it seems you get all the sour cream on one end and then meat in the middle and beans on the other end. It's the same with all burrito types. So that's it. Bottom of the crunchy taco shells turning to mush that sticks to the wrapper in just a couple minutes and fillings not going end to end in the burritos. Everything else is...
Read moregave this place 3trys and each time they messed up my order, they were simple orders. I ordered 3 soft tacos no lettuce on all and add creamy jalapeno to all. I get them and they had no creamy jalapeno and had lettuce chopped up on each. Another time I was in there I ordered Nacho Fries, they give them to me un-seasoned. I ask to just return them, and the manager gives me attitude and raises his voice and says "We can't take it back with no receipt". I literlly just got my tray 2 minutes ago so of course I still have my receipt. I'll be calling their store manager in the morning. Ridiculous how you can mess up on an order as simple as putting seasoning on fries when ot comes out of the fryer. Below is the differences in frys. On the right is Taco Bell 3335 U.S. R60 and is how it's suppose to look like with seasoning. On the left is 5th Ave's...
Read moreits unfortunate that I have to write this review. we go here all the time and today our service provided to us wasn't the best. our food was whispered out to the cafe and we stood at the counter for 20 minutes until we decided to sit back down because we didn't want to bombard the workers. after a minute of sitting a coworker walked up to us and said " we called your name three times " which wasn't true. as someone who works in fast food/customer service, I was taken aback. then he asked me "where were you when the food was called out? in the bathroom?" no I was not. the food was called out once, left behind the counter, I sat there for 30 minutes to be gaslight by a middle aged weird white man with what looked to be a scruff on his chin. im disappointed in my experience and will not be back as someone who used to be a regular. do...
