I am really disappointed with the experience I’ve had with this company. In may I called to schedule an appointment for June 20th for a couples massage as my sister will be coming to visit me. I spoke to a rep and she went through the motions of taking my information down and writing my appointment down. She made a comment about how far in advance I was making this appointment. She also stated not to forget. I told her believe me I won’t this is for a vacation. I was skeptical so I told my sister I would call back in June just to make sure everything is set. When I called back a couple days ago to confirm my appointment. She told me to just come they do walk ins. Since then I’ve been calling other massage therapist to get an appointment on June 20th since that is the only day me and my sister will be able to receive one. Everyone is booked for that day and now me and sister won’t be able to get a massage like originally planned. We prefer appointments as we don’t want to sit there waiting as we had other plans for that day as well. I went here for a full body deep massage. I was not asked if I prefer female or male, just assigned a male therapist. He covered me with a sheet initially, but then uncovered my glutes completely when massaging my legs. He touched my glutes with his bare hands which I found very unprofessional. This happened several times and made very uncomfortable. I told him my neck was bothering me and to focus there, but I don’t think he even understood me. He kept calling me “baby” when addressing me. Read moreI'm not sure if she was the owner (I assume so) or manager but the woman who met me at the door, got me situated, and then made sure I was happy when I left was extremely nice and genuinely appeared to care about my experience. Great customer service is a huge deal to me, so I was extremely pleased with the level provided. I had a reflexology foot massage. I've had many over the last handful of years and this was one of the best I've ever had (first time visit) and I will 100% be back. The gentleman knew what he was doing, he didn't just rub lotion on your feet and legs, he got all the pressure points and put the perfect amount of pressure. I highly recommend him, I just wish I'd gotten his name (oops).
