The Toy Place is Huntsville’s only 100% local toy store and the level of customer service is unparalleled. Susan came in on a Sunday (the store was closed!) to help get Valentine’s Day bags ready for the kid’s in my son’s class. And she thought it would be great if a couple items from other stores were in the bags too, so she picked those up as well, just because! Sailing the sometimes choppy seas of What To Give a Child of a Certain Age, Toy Place has one very significant advantage over Amazon, etc. Toy Place has an owner (manager?) who is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I absolutely love the small scale of this store: it reminds me of the toy store in my grandfather's hometown.
