HUGE improvement for starters. In the past, I dreaded going to the pharmacy. The pharmacist and workers were rude, slow, and confused. Also, who wants to go to a pharmacy where there is a lot of turnover, as in the past?. It didn’t instill much confidence. But recently I have noticed a big change. The pharmacists are very capable and, I feel, quite experienced. Also, the staff seems to be very helpful and friendly when filling Scripts. If the cost is pretty high, I am called to make sure I want the medication and I’ve been given advice on a cheaper medication OR the cost through GoodRX. New management? New pharmacy employees including the pharmacist? Whatever changes were made were made in the positive. I no longer dread going to this pharmacy. Much improvement. Thank you.

This is the second time this has happened to us at this location....

After purchasing my goods it's normal for cashier to say something like "Thanks! Have a good day!" or at least a halfhearted "Goodbye" would be fine, but being in customer service myself, I know sometimes if there is a line and you're in a rush to get the next person, this can be skipped. But this Drugmart is never busy, and the staff treat each customer like they're bothering them by even being...
