Never acknowledged as I waited my turn to get paint. When clerk was done with the customer, she went back behind the counter to check out another employee who, apparently had just ended her shift. There was already another clerk behind counter, just standing with her hands in her pockets. Another gentleman was walking around on phone trying to help a customer over the phone. He finally ask me if he could help. When I told him what I wanted he said the girls would have to help me mix the paint, as he pointed to the ladies behind counter who wouldn't even acknowledge me. I said , " forget it , thanks for all your help. " I won't return. They aren't the only place to buy paint or anything else. When I told my neighbor what happened she said she had a similar issue a few weeks prior when she went in to get a key made. Service stinks since...

2 old ladies was there. They need to find other things to do. As I walked in and was hit with questions right off the bat with 1 old lady I knew what I needed but she proceed to get involved and get it all well she got it everything all wrong as when I got home before even starting I knew it was all wrong and even 1 of the wing nuts didnt fit on the screws. So, back to that Ace to return everything. As I went to my Homedepot and got everything for 5bucks instead of 22.00 at Ace. So word to the wise be careful of who gets involved into your shopping and go to a cheaper store. As the outcome will be better than what I had, and your wallet will not be so...

Visited this store today (9/15/2025) with the hopes of finding specialty screws for my brakes on my electric bike. Drew was able to find the screws I needed. In fact, he let my husband install one of the screws on my brake disc to ensure it was the right fit before purchasing them. ACE...they really are the helpful place. Thank you, Drew!!!
