After having a terrible experience with another computer repair place in town I took my pc to Need A Geek for a second opinion. I'm sure glad I did. The 1st place tried to tell me my motherboard and 1 stick of ram were toast. I had just built this computer and knew this could not be true. I just had a problem with windows booting. From the moment I walked in to Need A Geek I knew things were going to be different. Customer service was outstanding. Nothing was wrong with my pc. He finished my windows install, installed drivers, and ran benchmarks all with me right there. Took a good 45 minutes but made the time enjoyable. Then barely changed me anything. I have told them to paint their moto on the wall - where there's a will there's a way! So true, they stayed all night trying to help us, and succeeded where everyone else could not! I thought I had lost everything & had even given up hope & was ready to just get rid of my phone all together & they restored it & my phone had saved more than I thought!
