Order three tacos and rice all three tacos were BURNT and of course they were to go..😡soon as we hopped on the highway we discovered it, called right back and had a very inexperienced girl who did not know how to handle customer service and her response was “I’ll write your name down and next time you come back you “might” get a credit” … So naturally, I responded “well I “might” leave a review then.” She Claimed the manager just left, but I know the owner Aaron and I just saw him before I walked out of the door. She said he was there but he didn’t offer to get on the phone😳 so that’s why you’re getting this review. we ended up at Taco Bell in McPherson instead it was delicious and not burnt and it was To go.

It’s really sad because I’m from Hutchinson. My father still lives in Hutchinson and I always look forward to going to anchor, even though at anchors away on B St. the Flores lady that runs that is rude! I brought back an order to her About six months ago, we had an order for six people to show her how burnt it was and she said “well some of the customers like it that way” And I said “I’m not one of those customers!” I’m all about employing the Young, but if they spend more time on their phone, than sending out quality food, I don’t care if they’re related to you or not, They shouldn’t be working in the food...

We love coming here! The fried flour tacos are HUGE! The chips and salsa are unique because they use flour tortillas and I prefer those! The salsa is spot on and has the right zip! My husband always orders a burrito and no matter what meat he chooses, they are huge! You order at a counter, they bring your food out to you when it's ready, which is usually pretty quick! The atmosphere is pretty basic, all tables and chairs, no frills or ambiance but that's not necessary as the food is why people come! The tacos are great here.(Recommend) The fountain drinks need co2. Extremely flat soda. Need fixing asap. They sell soda a glass bottle (recommend). Salsa could have been better. Rice is a little off. Need a couple more kid food options. Burrito needs fresh lettuce, not the heart of the head of lettuce to be used. The beans inside of the burrito need to be drained. Does not look appealing when it has water juice coming out of it. The flooring needs to be replaced and installed properly.Floor needs floor leveler to be used. This will make the flooring not wear out...
