The woman I rent from had a freezer delivered to her home the 2 men that showed up were not very professional and the one was down right rude, to the point that I had to remove myself because I wanted to smack him. The one guys was training that was obvious however the man that was training him should be checked on his customer service. His first rude comment was in the garage and the fact he had to wait for me to move stuff I order to remove the old freezer(the woman I rent from has Parkinson’s and needed help because it was too big of a job for her) the second comment is the one o had to remove myself from, he was explaining something to my friend and as he was he was waving his hand back and forth in front of her face and asking if she was even in there. She is elderly not stupid and I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to her at all. Maybe he was having a bad day but he should not have acted that way to a customer especially one who spent as much money as she did with your company. I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Hooker appliance and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the start, James and the owner were incredibly helpful and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions, look up options and measurements to make sure they fit in my laundry area.

The delivery and installation team was top-notch. They were extremely efficient, and handled the installation with care and precision. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went, from removing the old set to installing my new LG units. The team was courteous, professional, and made sure everything was in perfect working order before they left.

I had a great experience purchasing a washer and dryer from Hooker Appliances!

Our old washing machine gave up the ghost and I checked a few other appliance stores in Cache Valley prior to going in to Hooker Appliance. The other stores didn’t have much in stock and couldn’t deliver the one machine that would work for me until 2 weeks later.

As soon as I walked into Hooker’s, I was greeted and told that all the machines on the floor they had in stock. The employees were helpful in answering my questions. When I chose the washer and dryer I wanted, they again told me they carrier them both in stock and that they could be delivered that same day! It was amazing!

They followed through and the units were delivered, installed, and they checked to make sure they were running properly before they left. They also took our old, broken units away.

We will definitely be using Hooker Appliance again...
