ADORNit — Local services in Hyde Park

I gave a call into their customer service line, and the girl who films all of the videos happened to answer my call. I had to call them because I am not too keen with the computer, and I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect subscription box- I wanted the holiday one. I had done this a time before as well, and they were very helpful that time in switching them for me. This time she downright refused to do it. Admitted that she had all of my information right in front of her and said: "I won't do it, you have to go online." When I protested this, and mentioned they had done it before the response was something about how we are a small business and don't have time for this. So I mentioned leaving a Google review of this interaction and she flat out mocked me, like she didn't believe I could write a Google review because I am not the greatest with a computer. Fine, so here is my google review of this business who hires people who will mock their older customers and refuse to provide simple services that would've taken her all of thirty seconds to complete. I also asked if she could give me a number to someone else, and she refused that as well- she said: no, you'll just have to keep calling and maybe someone else will answer.
