I just had the worst experience at Garden Gateway. We have shopped there since they first opened and love the variety of plants and flowers as well as the helpful staff. We moved out of state and I wanted to continue to support them so I placed an online order to be picked up for my mom (whom we haven’t seen in over two months)for Mother’s Day. They couldn’t find any record which was very disappointing even though I had emails of my order. I figured I would just pick something else out - no big deal. But the way I was treated was horrible, and not by the staff employees, they were very nice. But from the owners, the same people I have been supporting for years. I am so disappointed and honestly I don’t think I will shop there again. I know it’s been busy and Mother’s Day is tomorrow but be grateful for the support of your customers, don’t snap at them and tell them they must have used the wrong web platform and make it their fault. I have never had a perennial die or have bugs or diseases, and they have all flourished... even the ones that were at the end of the season that had been cut 1/2 off to clear them out. Excellent choices, knowledgeable about each plant, and wonderful at helping fit the right plant into whatever type of landscape you have. They know which are drought tolerant, which will be advantageous for butterflies or honeybees, and etc. ...
