I asked for a full set dip manicure. I picked my color and on the display nail, there was no show through of the actual nail. Once the lady put the dip on, I could see my whole nail through it so I asked how we can fix it so my nail wouldn’t show through. The guy intervened and told me I need to pick a different color. I picked a new one and he said, “pick a different one.” So I had to again, choose a new color. None of which had show through on the display nails. The lady walked away and the guy took over my nails. Rather than taking the dip off my nails, they painted over them with a gel polish which I didn’t ask to be done. The polish they put on still shows my nail even though I asked to do multiple coats so that wouldn’t happen. He had me dry my nails and said I was done. No one cleaned up my nails and there was nail stuff all underneath and around my nails and on my skin. There’s polish over my cuticles, my nails aren’t even all the way covered on the sides, and you can see all the brush strokes. They all around look very messy. I paid and tipped and left as they were very busy and didn’t seem to care. I called the next day and asked if I could make an appointment to have them fix them as I was very upset with the out come. The guy on the phone told me that he wouldn’t do them for free and I would still have to pay. He also said that I “need to take responsibility for my color” and that I “should’ve told them the day before to fix them“ (which I already had done multiple times and switched my color 3 times). Went in for a full set, asked for a specific shape, ballerina, they didn't know what I was referring to, so I opted for almond shaped nails. I asked for long nails and the tech cut them down much farther than what I asked for, they glued down 3 tips crookedly I asked them toplease fix they did not. I made mention politely about my requests repeatedly and politely, after all I am paying for a service that I seldomly treat myself to, but I was met with unknowledgeable and unwilling service. I was barely spoken to and mocked when I noticed that the tech missed polishing multiple sides of multiple nails and I asked they would mind polishing the sides of the nails properly, I was asking if the tech would mind letting me know the price of a design my question was never answered and they repeatedly asked me to pull out pictures while my nails were wet before I could answer I was rushed to a dryer where I sat for about 25 minutes without anyone coming over to check and see if the nails were drying properly. My entire experience was just sad, I've never received a full set somewhere and not have been offered cuticle oil or hand lotion, let alone the opportunity to wash my hands after the shave down. I am very disappointed with my set and saddened by the experience. I paid $48 for something that honestly looks terrible . I honestly by the end of it had so much built up anxiety I could barely open my mouth to even contest to my dissatisfaction. I also sat and watched the way the staff was treating other patrons coming in for services and making them get up and move faster than they had a chance...

I went here a couple of weeks ago to get my nails done and I got dip nails. They turned out great and I loved them. So I went back recently and I had the complete opposite experience. First of all, when the tech was done removing my dip nails with acetone, she dumped the used acetone from my nails BACK INTO THE BOTTLE to reuse. I know it’s acetone and maybe it kills germs, I don’t know but I find it so gross if they are reusing acetone for all their customers. Second, my dip nails (including removal) took about 20 minutes. Which would be great if I liked them but they look like someone did them blindfolded. All nails were different shapes and lengths… I asked the tech to reshape a nail that was literally crooked and she filed it a little and didn’t even ask if it was better, just moved on. I asked for soft almond shaped and I got these pointy looking things. I also asked for a manicure, which I never got so my cuticles look terrible. I’m not sure if she was in a hurry or having a bad day but I’ve never felt more rushed or a bother to someone. She just seemed angry to be there and doing my nails. I came home and reshaped what I could but I won’t be going back. It was not worth my $55 and I wouldn’t recommend this...
