DO NOT come to this location. I originally went to the T-Mobile on Baldwin Rd for a simple trade in and upgrade. They did not have the phone I wanted in stock, so they sent me to this Sashabaw location because they had the phone I wanted in stock. When I was being helped at Sashabaw, the guy working had almost no knowledge of what he was doing. My iPhone was in a âboot loopâ which means it wonât get past the initial loading screen (the reason I was getting rid of it for a new phone). However, when I was at the Baldwin location they said itâs totally fine and can be accepted for a trade in as long as the Find My iPhone was removed from the phone (which it was). The Sashabaw worker said he couldnât accept the trade in because it wouldnât get past the loading screen. Then the, Iâm assuming manager, came to assist and also told me they couldnât accept it. The manager never even looked at me when talking to me, as if he had no time for me. He was very dismissive of the situation even though the phone was acceptable for a trade in. He didnât even take the time to hear me out and explain. I told them to give me my phone back and I went back to the Baldwin location where they successfully accepted my phone for the trade in and upgrade. The Sashabaw location clearly didnât know what they were doing, were very rude, and ultimately WRONG. The Baldwin location employees were awesome, very kind, and thorough throughout the trade in process. I will return to the...
Read moreWent to this store today to have my eSIM installed on a new phone. I arrived at 10:40 and waited in my car until 10:58. There were 4 of us in line when she finally opened the doors at 11:06 (after knocking on the store window). When she unlocked the doors, there was no smile, no greeting, no apology, no acknowledgment. One-by-one, we took our turns getting at the counter (I was 3rd in line). I did not hear the conversation with customer #1, but he walked out of the store after 30-40 seconds. Customer #2 wanted to make a purchase. She left the counter and went into the back room. She returned about a minute or two later and said âwe donât have it in stock, but the Dixie store might, if you want to drive over thereâ. Couldnât have taken the time to call on behalf of the customer! When I approached the counter, I showed her my phone and the message regarding the eSIM card. She grabbed her I-Pad and literally clicked on 2 apps and then told me âitâs an easy fix but so canât do itâ claiming her server was down. She suggested I try the Dixie store! I left the store to run another short errand before heading to the Dixie store. About 30 minutes later I walked into the Dixie store only to see customer #4 from the Sashabaw store standing at the counter. This employee sent 3 customers to another store. It is clear she does not know how...
Read moreWas hoping to receive help activating a new phone I ordered online. I was told to go to another location which as weird because the last time I received a new phone through the mail, they were able to help me. They wouldn't even look at my phone or hear me out. The man that helped me at the Auburn Hills location wasn't sure why they sent me there and neither was I. Maybe because I came in 50 minutes before they closed and they had already turned their "Open" light off. The workers all seemed very preoccupied doing absolutely nothing. And Michelle is the absolute WORST! Not my first time having issues with her. She seems to be a manager or something which was a very poor choice on someone's end given her garbage customer...
