Went here on 10/13/24.
Went to get the special on the roast, my coupon in the app would not work at all. It literally would not save any of the coupons. I restarted it, made sure it was updated, cleared cache and cookies. Nothing worked.
Knowing that I informed the cashier Jill that it didn't work and she tried scanning it like I had literally done and it didn't work.
She rudely told me that she'll do it this one time only because someone had used my coupon. I informed her that nobody has access to my account. To which she again rudely informed me that someone used the coupon. Then proceeded to ignore me the rest of the time checking out.
So not only did she make me feel like I'm a criminal, she also insinuating I was lying to her to get a coupon. Which is crazy because I have been shopping these deals for many years here.
I went home and checked my order history through the app and there not only was no coupon used, but there was no roast bought at any store.
Please train your front end managers better. I understand if you're having a bad day, but take it out on a loyal customer.
I worked for Kroger for 6+ years of my life. I know how the app works.
Respectfully I will just go shop at the new meijer when it's built...
Read moreI am no longer going to even visit this location. The service desk is always closed, no matter what time you stop in after work. Everytime I buy any meat or chicken, the meat smells terrible and is already spoiled the next day or two days later. Also, let's talk about the pharmacy! my daughter went there to pick up her medicine for the first time as being an "adult", as I told her to do. To have have a worker laugh at her. I called the manager, (I was angry and that traumatized my kid as it was her first time picking up her medication) and the pharmacist to tell them what happened and that it was and is unacceptable and unprofessional to laugh at a customer let alone a teenager. I said something to the pharmacist when I went the next time and she knew it was me that complained and told me that said employee laughs when she gets nervous. Umm, she's in the wrong department then. Their reasoning and the way they justified it was disgusting. It's never ok to laugh at anyone picking up medicine. I wonder if she laughs at cancer patients and mentally ill people? Does she laugh and it's ok? Well at this Kroger it absolutely is. And I find that to be so wrong. Worst Kroger around...
Read moreWent there for a couple things and took advantage of the "buy 5 save $5" deal. Come to find out, it took advantage of me.
Bought 2 bags of Tostitos HINT of JALAPENO chips, 2 Fritos jalapeno cheddar dips and a bag of chocolate that all had the "buy 5 save $5" sign under it. I get to thr register and go to cash out when I realize that I am not getting the "buy 5 save $5" deal. I ask the cashier running the U-Scan and she said that the Tostitos weren't included in the sale. I told her that they were and went back and grabbed the sign. I showed her and instead of adjusting it at the register, she tells me that I have to checkout and then go to the service desk to get it adjusted/refunded.
After going to the service desk with the "buy 5 save $5" sticker, the lady argued that the sale wasn't on the hint of jalapeno ones, only on the regular ones were apart of the "buy 5 save $5" sale. Finally after going back and forth for a couple of minutes she refunded the difference.
After all said and done, it was probably a 5-8 minute inconvenience to get a sale. Both ladies were not friendly.
I'll take the extra 10 minute drive and go to the...
