I purchased an item through eBay from this seller, and I am sure the gentleman in the store are very kind, since I’ve had to call the store since purchasing an item from them online three or four times now, to resolve an issue that STILL is ongoing due to someone named Eric that runs their online store. Quinn plus Roberto have been nothing but kind, empathetic, and professional. However, the absolute opposite can be said for whoever is running their eBay site. I’ve had to call over the course of months now trying to get a response, and when Roberto finally helped me get a response from Eric—the person running their eBay site—I was promised a $50 refund and then after trying to follow up about it, was promptly blocked completely by Eric. I’m not sure what in the world is going on with this place, and all I wish to point out to anyone else, is that if you were planning to purchase from the store, go there in person and don’t risk ending up like me, where I had an issue that could have easily been resolved, and get here I am still having to call the store every week to try and see when Eric or Roberto’s boss, etc, Will follow up or follow through with their promise and not treat someone in the most unprofessional manner possible, even if simply online. I’ve reported it to eBay and they began an investigation based on the screenshots I provided of utter lack of response from Eric, even after Roberto has assured me over the phone that he’d speak to him, The only assumption I can make at this point after having had such awful experience with whoever Eric is, is that he is someone who has an ego falling out of his britches and/or simply believes that treating a single customer like dirt and incredibly inappropriately, won’t have ripple effects elsewhere. I for one, will not rest until I get my own issue resolved, and I encourage anyone thinking about purchasing here to go in person versus online, since Eric is not at all on top of their game, to put it very kindly… or has any seeming ounce of empathy, professionalism,...
Read moreSo, I have NEVER EVER, had a bad experience here. Their closing time on Sunday, is 5pm/1700 hrs. I have never been treated wrongly, they have always done good business with me, but today for "SOME REASON" I showed up at 0010 til 1700hrs, and, they are closed. People inside the store; With business still being conducted; and they are closed and not accepting anymore customers today? Before the hours of operations that are clearly posted on the door? That type of business is not okay. Normally this is the place that I would refer most to. But as of today and this experience, not legit..... Hours of operation for Sunday, 12 pm to 5 pm/1200 hrs to 1700...

They obviously don't care about doing business with you if they look up an item on eBay to get an idea of value and can't even try to find the actual item. I was turned down from getting a loan for 5 different items. One was a brand new Samsung microwave in an unopened box. The counter person took bout 20 seconds to look it up and said that they sold for about $100. I had looked them up before I left, and new in an opened box ones were selling for $150 and up.
